Call Information/Charge
When a display proprietary telephone (KX-T7330, KX-T7030, KX-T7130 or KX-T7033) user makes a call on an outside (CO) line assigned to detect the Pay Tone, they can see the charge and duration of the call ( 2.1 Telephone Features, Call Information/Charge).
Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) with the Pay Tone Card
When the Pay Tone Card is installed, the charge for outgoing outside calls will be printed out after Duration as shown below. Refer to the Installation Manual, Section 3 Features, Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) for more information about SMDR.

(5) CO : shows the outside (CO) line number used for the call. (6) Dial number: Shows the called partys telephone number (maximum 24 digits). Valid digits are 0 through 9, #, and P (if the PAUSE button was pressed). (7) Duration : shows the duration of the call in Hours/Minutes/Seconds. (8) Charge : shows the charge of the call. (9) Code: shows the account code appended to the call, account code index number (e.g. 13), or the extension number which uses the Toll Restriction Override by Extension Password feature or Walking COS feature (e.g. 103).
An optional Pay Tone Card must be installed to the system. Calls which detected the Pay Tone can be printed out only when With Charge is selected in program [922] Pay Tone SMDR Format 1. If Secret is selected in program [924] Secret Printing, dial numbers will be replaced with and actual numbers will not be printed out.
Budget Management
Limits the telephone usage for each extension which is enabled in program [925] Budget Management to a pre-assigned amount. The manager (extension jack 01) can assign the charge limitation for each extension. If the pre-assigned limitation is reached, the extension user cannot make other outside calls until the manager clears the charge for the extension or raises the charge limitation for the extension ( 2.1 Telephone Features, Charge Indication (Manager only), Extension charge indication and call log printout, Budget Management).
An optional Pay Tone Card must be installed to the system. If Enable is selected in program [926] Budget Limit Selection, 3 beeps will be heard 3 times before an outside call is terminated due to the charge limitation. The 3 beeps will start when the call reaches the last 3 units of the charge limitation. Example: Charge limitation: 40 US$ The cumulative total charge: 30 US$ The charge rate for 1 unit: 1 US$ During a conversation If the charge is 7 US$ (cumulative total charge 37 US$) the first 3 beeps If the charge is 8 US$ (cumulative total charge 38 US$) the second 3 beeps If the charge is 9 US$ (cumulative total charge 39 US$) the last 3 beeps If the charge is 10 US$ (cumulative total charge 40 US$) the call will be terminated. Regardless of pre-assigned charge limitations, emergency numbers can always be dialed. These are numbers assigned in [309] Emergency Dial Number Set.
