The art of questioning did not focus on the higher order or to application/ synthesis and generalization. The conclusion of the lesson was not always generated from the pupils instead from teacher. Lack of time for different activities. Lack of materials Learners needs were not analyzed.

Diagnosis of learners need will be done using questionnaire, anecdotal record, previous years academic record, pre-test and data analysis. The achievement level of the learners was decreased to above 2%. Functional homeroom PTA was organized and maintained. All schools clientele are aware The monitoring and evaluation of projects progress were emphasized.

Pupils should given time for them to master the competency which is intended to their level.
