Build confidence in myself while discussing what is all about hypertension PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED In my four months in my two barangays ( Salud and San Eugenio) I encountered 53 years old male client accompanied by two relatives with known history of hypertension with complaint of headache and dizziness while doing home visit to an old man neighbor with body How problem were Resolved Gave health teaching to the relatives and client with eye to eye contact such as the following: Instructed to eat nutritious foods such as green leafy vegetables and fruits I encouraged to promote regular physical activity and exercised 20-30 minutes twice a week at early morning Advised to provide eight to ten hours of sleeping a day and 30 minutes of alternative rest came from the farm Increased fluid intake at least ten to thirteen full glass of water or more specially summer Explained to avoid smooking and drinking beverages Emphasized the advantages of grooming even he has hypertension as following o Trimming of nails every other weeks o Bathing at least twice a day o Hand washing before and after eating and touching any RNHeals IV
