The Benefits of Small Group Training

So many experiences are nicer when they are shared with someone else. Meals, movies, laughs, shopping & travel are just some of them. Even unpleasant work chores are less unpleasant when faced as a group rather then solo. Another is exercise! Many are not only aware of the health benefits of exercise, but they see the benefits associated with having professional instruction and the accountability found in using a personal trainer for their exercise program. But this can be expensive! Because of the high cost, most people try to reach their goals on their own. But theres another option, small group training, which is quickly becoming one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry. Just some of the benefits of small group training include: More money left in your pocket. It can be much cheaper to train in a group. At Diversified Fitness Club a person could pay as little as $12.50 for an hour group session with a trainer compared to $40 on your own. Accountability and a support system You will most likely exercise more regularly when you have a buddy. Someone who can encourage and motivate you to continue your fitness routine and to whom you can return the favor. You might even get into some friendly competitions which can further inspire you to continue a fitness routine. Group training lets you measure your progress against the progress being made by the other members of your personal training group. Greater self-esteem on your own you may immediately assume you can not do an exercise suggested by a personal trainer, but if you see others in your group completing the exercise suggested you will realize that it is not as impossible as you first imagined. Fun. Yes, you will have fun. The right exercise program done with friends can definitely be fun. A healthier you! All these things will inspire the results you have been working for when you stick with a wellconstructed program. Overall make you happier and healthier. So why not give it a try. Here at Diversified we are currently in a 4 week weight loss challenge, meeting with a trainer in a group setting at least 2 times a week.
