1) 1.PLC communication error a) Plc has stopped communicating to the Server program i) PLC is faulted can be reset by toggling the PLC key ii) RSLYNX is locked up so restart RSLYNX service iii) Network cabling is not working to the PLC iv) IF PLC communication fault then fix issue and restart server.exe v) Command prompt use command PING 194.194.194.57

2) 68020 system outside file error a) Reboot system from Hard drive and when the last * appears press escape key b) The menu appears and you enter a menu item that is the last menu item +2 c) Press CTRL Z

d) Screen displays reset primary memory so answer Y for yes e) Screen displays reset main memory so answer Y for yes f) The screen counts up and finally displays OK g) Press esc and reboot from Hard drive

3) Batching system hangs in mixer a) Mixer rules of discharge I) Surge bin must be low II) Destination bin must match mixer commodity III) Mixer routing must be running IV) RunID of system exceeded 32767 V) Liquids have not gone to complete and need acknowledgment of alarm and accept no flow VI) May not follow rules might be in effect due to destination formula is not being assigned automatically and it believes the last formula in the destination bin is violating the May not follow rules. VII) If RunID > 32767 in runbatch database run table then archive all data past tomorrow to empty

database table. Delete all remaining data in run table. Compact and repair runbatch database. RunID start over to 1 and system can function for another 32767 scheduled runs.

VIII) Restarting the server usually works to get out of trouble IX) Its always repetes fault 4) Security users and password a) Repete corporation\Config\local\config.ini file C:\config.ini contains a statement SECURITY OVERRIDE=True

bb) Verify RSLYNX drivers are configured for IP addresses of the PLC and topics are configured correctly.

Node 0 is PLC 1 and must be IP address of PLC1 Node 1 is PLC 2 and must be IP address of PLC2 Node 2 is PLC 3 and must be IP address of PLC3 9) 68020 system has a scale that reads 999949240023499 and keeps batching intermittently a) AD scale has poor contacts on ribbon cable b) AD scale load cell wiring has poor connection c) Scale card in rack has poor connection to slot d) Scale card has failed

e) AD scale ribbon cable communicates in binary like this and when it has a poor connection it reads all 1s and over flows the register in a negative number. 1111111111111111111111111111111111111 0000000000000000000000001111111111111 f) Check all cables and clean slot connections 10) Wyse terminal not communicating on 68020 system a) RS232 wiring might be loose or grounding intermittently to shield b) RS232 2 port card might be faulty c) WYSE setup has lost configuration and needs reprogramming d) Wyse setup baud rate does not match 68020 misc configuration baud rate programmed. A slower rate might be more reliable to communicate. e) RS232 has RF noise and Ferrit clamp can be installed over the cable to filter the noise out. 11) Bkaminski@repete.com is the service coordinator to get you assistance on all service needs. 12) Sabrepc and 2008 and older NXT is not backing up the server. a) Windows task manager is set up to run a task batch file named hotbackup.bat

b) The Cargill plant ID that was used originally to schedule the task has an expired password and needs to be reset the password c) The task is usually set to run at 2 am every day d) The Repete Corporation folder on the destination drive is not share with full read and write privileges
