MODULE 1: Communication Skills - Value and Importance of Communication at Work - Importance of communication skills Professional communication ethics - How to overcome communication barriers Different methods of effective team - Overcoming Barriers MODULE 2: Accent Neutralization - How do I speak? - Phonetics - Sounds in English - Practice Sessions MODULE 3: Presentation Skills - 3 Vs of presentation Skills - Use of Eye contact - Body Language while presenting - Verbal virtues - Individual Presentation Practice - Structure the content in line with the audience's needs - What do you want to tell the audience? - What is your objective? - Prepare keeping in mind the time allotted - Anticipate the questions and prepare - Collect material from a variety of sources - Arrange points logically and sequentially - Prepare handouts as well MODULE 4: Interpersonal Skills
