Dated the 2n' September, 2011 CONSTITUTION OF INDIA : No. (GN-33) PGR- I 009 - 63-Pay Cell (M) : In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following Rules, rules further to amend the ! Gujarat Civil Services (Revision of Pay ) 2009 , namely :1. (1) These rules may be called the Gujarat Civil Services (Revision of Pay) (Amendment ) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into force or. and from the Pt day of January, 2006. 2. In the Gujarat Civil Services (Revision of Pay ) Rules, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as " the said rules "), in SCHEDULE A,(i) in PART A, for!the entry at serial number 20, the following entry shall be substituted , namely _ (1) (3) 5) 7,0 (2) 67000 -79000 ( annual Nil" HAG 22400-525-24500 "20 increment @ 3%) (ii) in PART B, for the entry at serial number 8. the following entry shall be substituted , namely :(1 "8 2 22400-525 - 24500 3 HAG ^ 67000 -79000 ( annual increment 3% 5

3. In the said rules , in SCHEDULE B, in the Table under the heading PB4 (Rs.37400. 67000 ), entry bearing the figures " 12000", "47100" and "59100" shall be deleted. 4. In the said rules, in SCHEDULE C under the heading "SECRETARIAT ORGANISATION" under the sub-heading "ROADS AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT" for the entry at serial number 1, following shall be substituted , namely :-
