and satisfactory life by which one and all could enjoy the happiness of life provided by Nature. Thinkers, philosophers and founders of religions uncovered the problems, pains and miseries of life of man and thought over the difficulties so as to find a solution by bringing peace in the society of mankind. So far, from time immemorial, thousands of thinker have dedicated considerable time in their lives, with real love and sincerity for mankind. It is puzzling that so far no one could find a satisfactory solution, even though some methods of approach have resulted in temporary peace for a few people from time to time. Even such plans and methods of solution which brought temporary peace later on became the root for a multitude of widespread disturbances in the human society. Why were such sincere efforts and services of the great thinkers unsuccessful? Let us think deeply with a total perspective view. 1. Man came into existence from the hereditary links of numerous species from one to five senses in the evolutionary process. The imprints of the activities and behaviours of all the animals are the capital for man as his hereditary character, linking all the aspects given below.

2. Man began to enjoy his life after giving artificial shapes and artistical beauty to natural resources. This brought cultural values and education in various levels according to the places and ecological situations.

3. Man began living in small groups or colonies when the population way very sparse.on earth. So the opportunity for communication between groups was lacking. 4. According to the cultural values and educational facilities man is ever-expanding his knowledge. Opportunities for expansion and development of knowledge are not alike for all people. So the differences between men in wealth and efficiency increased, which brought inequality among the people and kept them in various levels. Such inequalities are developing more and more in the world community day by day due to the fast development of sciences. 5. Among all living beings on the earth, man is provided with a sixth sense which has the potential to develop itself from fraction to totality. Everything in the universe is a part of nature. Nature in its

evolution has become various phenomena. Mainly we can analyze these into six:1) the primordial state or State or Static State; 2) Energy- the tiniest particle with whirling motion; 3) Physical appearances by the association of energy particles- the seen universe; 4) The waver system: the spreading wave generated by the energy particle by its speedy whirling motion penetrates into the Static State and becomes magnetism comprising two forces: attraction and repulsion, according to the degree of pressure of the waves. The magnetic waves of the energy particle and its association clash with others and become converted into pressure, sound, light, smell and taste. This magnetic wave becomes a unified field, an unseen force uniting all the parts of the universe together and providing all potentials to everything beyond volume, force, time and distance. This universal magnetic field is called by some philosophers as Cosmic Consciousness. This links fractional consciousness and Total Consciousness and makes imprints and reflections of every clash or action which condition the Law of cause and Effect. Nothing in the universe is independent without a penetrative link of this universal magnetic wave in its existence, functions and results. In fact the universal magnetism is a formless phenomenon, but it only takes the shapes of pressure, sound, light, smell and taste according to the intensity of pressure of clash in the fields of atomic groups.

5) Living beings from one-sense plant life to five-sense animals; 6) Man-with a sixth sense to know all the secrets of the evolutionary process of Nature and enjoy life to the fullest extent of happiness with a total perspective vision. Everybody started life as a child living only with five senses. The sixth sense has to develop to the required level through the help of elders who have had experiences in life and developed their knowledge. The opportunity for such development is not equally available for all people from childhood. Thus everyone gets stagnated in growth at a certain level emotional moods such as anger, miserliness. Immoral sexual passion, vanity and vengeance. So in their desires, efforts, actions, and results most people become anti-social elements to disturb the society at large. 7. By forgetfulness of the fact that man is a part of Nature everybody has developed self-pride: ego. Ego comprises two main psychic moods: aggression and possessiveness. Aggression is the mood of endlessly developing greed for power. Possessiveness is a mood of unsatiable acquisitiveness and avarice to grab and possess more and more material wealth. Nobody can control and satisfy anybody in his desires or establish friendship and peace permanently in life. By suppression through political power, restriction of material wealth or economic liberalization, man will not become permanently obedient or peaceful. Only realization of Truth by enlightenment of

Consciousness will relieve man from the slavery of ego and its byproducts of temperamental moods. Having pondered all these points one has to consider world peace. In the past, circumstances were not congenial to successfully plan for world peace. So the responsibility of successful planning has fallen to the intellectuals of the present. Let us proceed. 2.Avoid All Pain-Resulting Deeds in Life Human birth is a wonderful opportunity. We have to safeguard it and enjoy it to the fullest extent. There are thousands of natural delights all over the world to be enjoyed. In addition, man has

artificially created many facilities for his enjoyment. If mankind thinks, decides and plans in a proper way, everybody in the world could enjoy life alike, to a requisite standard. By collaboration we could eliminate all the obstacles. We have all the potential to achieve such a goal. If water is stored in a vessel which has several holes, how can the water remain inside? We have to face disappointment every time the water leaks away. Similarly the method of living is a great reservoir of prosperity and happiness. Over a period of time several holes have been developed in the wall of our reservoir by people of various inordinate desires and selfish notions. The truth is, unless we plug up the holes and repair the cracks the whole reservoir will leak

away and the existence of mankind will become precarious. Sealing one or two holes here and there is no use; a complete repair is imperative. It is not wise to silently witness such hazardous loss and continue to suffer from multifarious problems and pains in life depriving us of our birthrights to enjoy the world. Let us arise and work with vigour and confidence to help the world community repair our reservoir of prosperity by all possible means. 3.An Appeal to All Leaders

Oh research scholars, enlightened brothers and sisters, leaders of political administrations and religions! Hear me! Think about the ruination of men and materials in the past wars. How

horribly the victims of wars suffered on both sides. Never did a war bring permanent peace to any nation. By suppression, inability and fear brought by the barbarous war, peace may temporarily prevail. What is the eventual result? On one side the winner will develop ego and prepare his country for another ferocious war; on the other side, the victims who were defeated with an incurable wound of hatred will be preparing to attack their enemy with vengeance. Where is the end? The end is only to humanitarian behavior! Therefore for the modern age the policy of governments fighting with other governments must be changed from habit to wisdom. For

this achievement, all nations should join and establish one World Federal Government to safeguard the welfare of all nations and people. 4.Society is the Cause for Crime It is an established fact that an individuals thought, word and deed will result in good or bad for others. It we go into deep research we find that the society has not done its full duty to individuals in the process of raising them. The society has failed to educate and

discipline its members properly in the right age and it has also failed to create a good environment so as not to foster wrongs or crimes. Punishing individuals only, by the society, without taking equal responsibility to reform itself is the second crime. This second crime of the society is wrongly construed as justice. What a pity! 5.What is Crime? How Can it be Stopped? Every deed produces some result. According to the motive, efficiency, place, time and object of contact, the result of any action will be pain or pleasure to a degree. This is the law of nature. Any action of man which results in pain to self or others, at present or in future, to the body or mind, is a crime. Now we are in the age of advanced knowledge. If natural resources are utilized efficiently with the physical labour and intellectual skills of society, with an effective social plan, sincere and efficient administration, all people can fulfil

their needs sufficiently and legally.

Thereby all crimes can be

stopped because there will be no need, inducement or opportunity to do crime. Therefore society has to take responsibility for individuals crimes.

6.The Birthplace of Crime

Due to the environment, opportunity, force of needs and habits, crimes are increasing. Dreadful poverty, illiteracy, overflow of wealth and certain criminal codes which wrongly make ordinary natural deeds into crimes all these are the birth points of crimes. Several Kinds of Crimes Some imagine that all crimes can be brought under control by due process of law. It is difficult to discover and apprehend all the

criminals who are to be restrained. For example, some professional thieves are living quietly, not stealing anything for lack of opportunity. Some steal something every day, here and there, but are not caught. Until apprehended, they pose as if they are honest. Yet others have not stolen anything, but are indicted as thieves because of circumstantial evidence. Some have stolen, been caught with the stolen goods, with witnesses to testify against them, yet even then many such cases have been discharged given the benefit of doubt. What is crime and who is a

criminal? Only by making individuals morally good through a wellplanned social reformation can crime be eradicated. 7.Man Must Appreciate the Greatness of Man By properly balanced scientific and spiritual education man should know the greatness of man, to respect the needs and ambitions of others and restrict ones own deeds accordingly. Otherwise man will never cease to inflict pain on one another. Unless equal social justice and individual security is assured for one and all of the society, there can be no peaceful life. My dear friends! Oh, respectful leaders of the world! As you are human, what kind of steps have you taken so far to help mankind towards a peaceful life? If you have forgotten to make such efforts, wake up now! Think, and do your part! 8.The Whole World Must Take Joint Action All countries have a legal system of punishment for the purpose of deterring, and thereby reducing, crime. Not withstanding all such measures, the crime rate is always increasing. Why? Government leaders and intellectuals have not done thorough research so far to discover the reasons for crime and advise the government to take proper steps. By a responsible World Federation and a uniform

method of administration it is easily possible to eradicate crime from the face of the earth. How? By a World Federated Government war can be completely stopped. The energy of the people and natural

resources can be used fully for creative living. Poverty and illiteracy can be completely wiped out and thereby crime will come to an end. 9.Duty of Leaders and Intellectuals We all were born and are living with the experiences of pain and pleasure. There will be a day for everyone to leave the world forever. During the lifetime; we cannot renounce enjoyment of the world. We must find a sure and safe way to lead a life without problems and miseries. It is the duty of leaders and intellectuals of society of help mankind by proper guidance.

10.Fear of Atomic Threat

By the advancements of science, various instruments and chemicals have come into use in daily life. On several occasions scientific knowledge was used to destroy men and materials, neglecting the rules of law and social sentiments. We cannot rule out the possibility that, in future, one country may be able to set off the bombs stored in enemy territory by remote activation. Further more, terrorism is developing in most of the countries of the world. If such a group, in one way or another, gets an atomic bomb or the know-how to make one, what will be the fate of mankind? To save the world from such dangers and disasters, one supreme World Federal Government is a must.

11.March towards New life

In these days of scientific education all can easily understand the wonderful nature of the self-rotating globe and its orbit around the sun, and the composition and structure of the physical body of man. Also we know the important roles of heredity, food, thoughts and the magnetic radiations of planets which affect all of us. We can create economic prosperity to sufficiently and comfortably feed, house and clothe one and all in the society. Why are we washing time? Let us begin working on the noble cause of World Peace.

12.Responsibility of U.N.O.

The United Nations Organization, which is established by and doing its services for the entire humanity, should take up the project of child rearing also in order to make the world peace service successfully. If it is taken up by any one nation, children will have to maintain some prejudice over the language and political-economic policies of that nation. No bias should be introduced into the minds of children who are brought up and educated under this system. The world needs such people to exemplify the qualities of efficiency and morality. They will be useful to the society to render various social services. During the educational years of the children, they should have opportunities to travel to several parts of the world to know the cultural values of the people and expand their knowledge. Within fifty years this project will produce millions of moral and service minded adults.

13. Visualize a Peaceful World Every individual, whoever he may be, of whatever status, is struggling in life with some problems. Why? Owing to the lack of spiritual knowledge which should be the guiding light of life, everyone is suffering. Many readers may wonder about spiritual knowledge. Every physical appearance has five dimensions in its existence. By touch and sight we can discern three dimensions: length, breadth and depth. sixth sense. 14.World Peace Year The year 1986 was declared World Peace Year. World Peace must come. We will start counting the years from January 1, 1986 as January 1, 0001 World Peace Year. According to this calculation, the first day of 1987 will be World Peace Year January 1, 0002, etc. For the past several years, scientists have been inventing evermore fantastic technologies and discovering many natural secrets. They have gone to the extent of finding the fundamental atomic structures by which the whole Universe is constituted and functioning. In coming years, they will find the mighty phenomenon which is inside and all around the fundamental energy particle. This is the unifying force; it is the Static Force. Only at that point the scientists will arrive at the correct and ultimate truth, that the Static Force in attractive and the force radiated by the whirling motion of each energy particle is repulsive. There will be no shocking news in the newspaper or radio. There will be no tortuous experiences for women, in the motherin-law or daughter-in-law relationships. There will be no hatred or aversion to any one on the basis of country, race, religion, caste or language. The whole world will know the daily statistical data of production, consumption and stock of all the important commodities of life. Thereby everyone will feel the responsibility of adjusting the production and consumption carefully to maintain a minimum critical level of stocks.
