Apple - We have long been taught that apples are good for us because they provide abundant fiber

Kiwifruit - The kiwifruit, often shortened to kiwi in many parts of the world, is the edible berry of a woody vine. The most common group of kiwifruit is oval, about the size of a large hen's egg. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin E, Potassium and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Lemon Lemon is a small citrus fruit, yellow in color when ripe. The fruit is used for culinary and non-culinary purposes throughout the world, primarily for its juice. It is sour to taste. Mango mango is a fleshy stone tropical fruit that is a good source of vitamins A. It is also a very good source of vitamin-B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin-C and vitamin-E. Nesberry This is a fruit, round and brown in colour. Its calorie-rich soft, easily digestible pulp composes of simple sugars like fructose and sucrose that when eaten replenishes energy and revitalizes the body. Orange - The orange (specifically, the sweet orange) is the fruit of the citrus species Citrus
sinensis in the family Rutaceae.[2] The fruit of the Citrus sinensisis called sweet orange to distinguish it from that of the Citrus aurantium, the sour orange. Delicious and juicy orange fruit contains an impressive list of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals.

Papaya - The papaya or papaw, is the fruit of the plant Carica papaya, the sole species in the genus Carica of the plant family Caricaceae. Papaya is rich in enzymes called papain and chymopapain which helps with the digestion, particularly it breaks down the proteins from the food we eat into amino acids. papaya works magic on strengthening the immune system preventing the recurrent colds and flu. Raspberry - The raspberry is the edible fruit of a multitude of plant species in the genus Rubus of the rose family, most of which are in the subgenus Idaeobatus; the name also applies to these plants themselves. Raspberries are perennial with woody stems. These small fruits provide a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients. Soursop - A well-known fruit throughout much of the world, the soursop's delicious white pulp, with tones of fruit candy and smooth cream is commonplace in tropical markets, but is rarely found fresh anywhere else. The seeds, which have emetic properties, can be used in the treatment of vomiting. The juice of the fruit can be taken orally as a remedy for urethritis, haematuria and liver ailments.

Tamarind - Tamarind is a leguminous tree in the family Fabaceae indigenous to tropical Africa. It is a pod-like fruit which is used extensively in cuisines around the world. Tamarind promotes a healthy heart, it lowers cholesterol and promotes a healthy heart. Ugli This is a citrus fruit created by hybridizing a grapefruit (or pomelo), an orange and a tangerine . It has an unsightly appearance with rough, wrinkled, greenish-yellow rind, wrapped loosely around the orange pulpy citrus inside. Veal - Veal is the meat of young cattle (calves), as opposed to beef from older cattle. Though veal can be produced from a calf of either sex and any breed, most veal comes from male calves (bull calves) of dairy cattle breeds. Watermelon - Watermelon is a vine-like flowering plant originally from southern Africa. Its fruit, which is also called watermelon, is a special kind referred to by botanists as a pepo, a berry which has a thick rind and fleshy center. Watermelons are an excellent source vitamin A, which helps maintain eye health and is an antioxidant and vitamin C Yam - Yam is the common name for some plant species in the genus Dioscorea that form edible tubers. Yam is a good source of carbohydrates. Zucchini - This member of the gourd family is cylindrical in shape and brilliant dark green in color, with a watery flesh and mild flavor. Though zucchini can grow to almost monstrous proportions, the smaller vegetables are the most flavorful. Zucchini helps to cure asthma as it contains Vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant, and has antiinflammatory properties.
