Executive Summary


There are some ways to develop a new product or service. First thing is to set a brand name
that helps consumers to skip a long purchasing procedure. Then, it needs to select the benefit
of the product or service. After that, the company must have to divide the entire market in
various segments. Then, the company has to find the appropriate segment to serve. Then it
needs to analyze its situation or SWOT analysis. This is called target marketing. After that
company has to select a profitable market strategy to ensure companys success. This
includes Products/services, pricing, places, advertising and promotion. Then it has to create
its position in customers mind. Finally, it has to set a positioning statement that will shortly
describe the companys mission.
