Job Responsibilities Gathering of manpower requirements. Managing end to end recruitment process and responsible for recruitment at all levels. Handling of Recruitment Process at various Level Conducting multiple round of interviews. Telephonic , Personal etc Arranging telephonic discussions and Face to face Video Conferencing for shortlisted candidates with the respective Business Head. Accompanying the departmental panel for final selection interviews. Fixing up the pay for new recruits, negotiating and handling salary closures. Coordinating with the Business Heads from time to time. Preliminary sourcing, screening, validating, short listing of candidates resume Coordinating Interviews with candidate. Maintaining and dating external and internal database Forecasting & Responsible for achieving monthly targets.
