Our Beginnings
Sujana Towers was formed by spinning off the Towers division of the Sujana Group with the aim of enabling a stronger business focus. Our mission is to enable universal access to energy and communications by delivering the highest quality infrastructure to the industry. We aim to offer holistic solutions across all voltage platforms and terrain to meet the needs of our customers. Leveraging Sujana Group's engineering expertise, we intend to establish ourselves as the leader by responding to business opportunities, harnessing the finest resources and delivering value-added services.

Our Expertise
Combining our engineering skills and sound technical knowledge, we offer turnkey solutions for the Power and Telecom sectors. We utilise our rich resource pool of engineers and technicians who are well-versed with the conventional as well as advanced methods of tower erection. Sophisticated equipment provides the much-required support giving us the distinct edge in completing projects within stipulated time frames. Our bandwidth of capabilities encompasses fabrication, erection, and testing of Towers.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Manufacturing Division is ISO 9001: 2000 certified with a stringent Quality Management System well in place. The unit has the license to manufacture Galvanized Towers from SIA (Govt. of India). Our major products include Power Transmission Line Towers (Transmission Line Towers from 11 KV to 400 KV) and Telecom Towers (Selfsupporting Lattice Towers upto 100 metres height, Triangular/ Square Cross-section, Hybrid Towers, Angular / Tubular towers/ Lattice Guyed Masts and Monopoles).

Transmission Towers
Our expertise extends to a wide range of High Tension (HT) Towers for the Power Sector. Each Tower is designed to attain maximum precision & strength and engineered to facilitate easy inspection and maintenance. Designed in accordance to maximum loading criteria, we manufacture Towers up to a range of 400 KV. The unit is has the capacity to manufacture 66KV, 110 KV, 132 KV, 220 KV and 400 KV Transmission Towers on turnkey basis (Surveying, Civil Foundations, Supply and Erection of Towers, Stringing of Conductors, Commissioning and Charging of Lines) to Electricity Boards of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and PGCIL. We also manufacture Lattice Type Structures ranging from slender single-user options to large multi-user structures. These Towers are ideal for flexible solutions in comparison to monopoles.

Telecom Towers
Our expertise in designing, manufacture and erection of Telecommunication Towers has been perfected over the years. We utilize customized structural analysis programs, latest CAD techniques to develop the highest quality Towers in tune with our customer's requirements, cost-effectively.

Cables and Conductors

We export cables and aerial bundled cables to the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Our product range includes: Overhead Conductors: ACSR/AAC/Alloy Single Core and Multi Core Cables, upto 33KV Control Cables Aerial Bunched Cables Mining Cables Instrumentation Cables Singnaling Cables Welding Cables Grooved Catenary & Capton Coated Wires or Conductors Other cables tailored to suit our customers needs

Structural Analysis & Design: Utilizing the latest technology in structural analysis software allows us to provide accurate and efficient designs on guyed masts, lattice towers, monopoles, foundation & grounding works Structural Specifications: We ensure the highest quality and safety of our products. We create designs for projects where customers have specific requirements, complying with various standards like BIS, EIA,Bristish Standards etc. Project Consultation: We offer development and/or implementation solutions right from conceptual planning to project implementation. Our skilled Engineering & Fabrication team with excellent design capabilities enable us to cater to varied customer requirements. We are the only integrated player in the Towers segment in South India and have already established long-standing relationships with Power Transmission and Telecom majors.

Design & Development Centre

We are equipped with state-of-the-art Design Centre with the latest engineering software, 3D analysis for optimising steel usage / high tensile steel usage, 3D drafting etc.

Our Benchmarking
As a 9001:2000 certified company, we adhere to stringent quality standards right from the manufacture to erection. For instance, in order to impart strength, longevity and resistance to atmospheric changes, our towers are galvanized using an elaborate step-by-step process. We have set up two large manufacturing units at Hyderabad, India, which house the latest, most sophisticated equipment with specialized CNC machinery for quality punching, notching, shearing and grinding of structural steel.
