The Trust has withdrawn its Notice of Election and Demand for the foreclosure

sale of the property located at 1499 S. Jasper Street, Aurora, Colorado 80017 (the Property) by the Public Trustee (Sale No. 2701-2011). The property is currently titled in the name of Plaintiff Lisa Kay Brumfiel. A copy of the Withdrawal of Notice and Election of Demand for Sale by Public Trustee is attached as Exhibit A. As a result, no current public trustee foreclosure proceedings exist with regard to the Property. 2. The Trust has also moved to dismiss its C.R.C.P. 120 action without prejudice. A

copy of the Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice is attached as Exhibit B.
