Agenda: I. CALL TO ORDER The Meeting was called to order by the National President, Matthew U. Gopez.

QUORUM AND PURPOSE As majority of the members of the National Executive Officers were present, a quorum was duly determined. The National President announced the agenda for the meeting as follows: 1. Turnover 2. Team planning event on May 27-29 3. EBM on May 30-June 2 4. Elections

TURNOVER

1. Formal Turnover During the meeting, National President Matt facilitated a formal turn over. 2. The former Executive Officers were to turn over these files to their respective successors: a. Application forms b. Important contacts c. Implementing Rules and Regulations d. Communication letters

Other Important Files The former Executive Officers must give the past IRRs by May 12, 2013 TEAM PLANNING EVENT

1. Team Planning Event In the meeting, Executive Officers must perform the tasks as indicated in the Team Event Planning.xlsx file sent by Nyce. Deadline for files to be sent to Matthew: Logo and final letterheads: May 13 Digital Signatures: May 13 All IRRS: May 21 The review of the said files will be done by Matthew and will be returned to the concerned Executive Officers on May 23rd with reviews. All Executive Officers involved must turn it in on May 24th for the final draft. By May 25th, all final drafts will be given to the incoming Regional Council Presidents for review. Memorandum number 1 and 2 will be sent by Nyce to all Executive Officers as per reference to Agenda Number 3 as indicated in the Team Planning Event.xlsx file.

V. EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING 1. EBM Will start on May 30 to June 2, 2013 Registration of each RCP will be Php1500 inclusive of 9 meals and 3 days accommodation Venue: Golden Panda Dormtel, 447 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner Banawe Street, Quezon City 1113, Philippines. All expenses by individual EOs will be borne by each. Reimbursable upon presentation of valid financial document when funds are in. The Sponsorship letter will be sent to all Executive Officers The batch name of the Executive Board for this year will be Banuhay a change. The tagline for this years Federation is: Challenging Conventions - 31 years of honesty, integrity and service towards one NFJPIA. VI. ELECTIONS

1. Election Matters Review of the Consolidated Application Results for Special Elections: 2 for VP for Academics 3 for VP for Finance 1 for VP for Communication-Min 2 for VP Communications-NCR Refer to Jea Tamayo regarding the applicants information and text her if anyone has queries. Consolidation of votes will be done by Nyce. The Executive Board will vote as per COMELEC.

Whoever has the majoritys vote will be the official vote for the Executive Officers ballot for special elections. The Executive Officers single collective vote will mean one vote to the vacant positions

During the meeting, the application of Mr. Sayat as Vice President for Finance and the appointment of Ms. Subingsubing and Mr. Pilapil as Vice President for Audit and Vice President for Membership, respectively, were discussed. Mr. Sayat ran for the position after the President, Matthew, allowed Mr. Sayat to resign his position as the COMELEC. It was said that the claim is valid as per the CBL of NFPIA. The appointment of Subingsubing and Pilapil are valid as per incoming Executive Officers right to vote as stated by Matthew, as mandated by the Constitution and By-Laws and Memorandum on Elections during Mr. Sayats tenure. Mr. Sayat, while still being the COMELEC Chair claimed that the incoming Executive Officerss can vote for the two to be seated.

Motion that the Executive Board should be informed and asked about their stand regarding Mr. Sayats candidacy as Vice President for Fin ance was raised by Dichos and Yatar. There were no objections from the Executive Officers. Motion that the solution to Mr. Sayats issue is to pool down the undiscounted decision of the board and to endorse it to proper authorities to decide upon the matter was raised by Gopez. There were no objections from the Executive Officers.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to discuss, the National Executive Officers meeting was declared adjourned at 11:53pm. Done this 11 th day of May, Two Thousand and Thirteen, via Facebook chat.
