SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of _______________, 2013 by and between Face of the USA, (First Party) and _______________________________ ,(Second Party).WITNESSETH:

Face of the USA presents its spectacular event

The Face of the USA Pageant on August 18, 2013 from 10am to 12am at the Fashion Market Center, Downtown Los Angeles. There are Eight Levels of Sponsorship, check the level of Sponsorship you wish to purchase:

1) Said party of the first part covenants and agrees that it shall; Supply the sponsor with the required materials agreed upon for the Sponsorship package purchased and any additions if specified. Please refer to your Sponsorship Packet for specific descriptions and/or amendments if present. 2) And said party of the second part covenants and agrees that it shall; Read and understand all Sponsorship Rules, Regulations and Additional Conditions of this Sponsorship Agreement and supply Face of the USA with any/all artwork, logos and any additional materials that may be needed for your companys recognition. 3) Other terms to be observed by and between the parties; Sponsor will receive a copy of the Sponsorship Rules, Regulations and Additional Concerns to be observed by both parties, sponsor will also receive a copy of the Face of the USA Packet with a complete description of all the

benefits for each level of Sponsorship. Be advised the deadline for submission of sponsorship, artwork, logos and payment is July 30, 2013. THIS AGREEMENT shall begin on the date first set forth above shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assignees and personal representatives. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of the State of California. This is the entire agreement. Signed the day and year first written above;
