Job Location: Anywhere In India. Location will be decided by you Interns can form their own group or can work individually
Accountability Matrix:
Since Interns can either work from home and the city of their choice we have designed an accountability matrix that will be monitored by our HR (Interns) Department. Each Intern should report on a daily basis either by phone or email as to what activity they have carried out on a daily basis regarding the project they have selected. This will also help the Interns to solve any of their queries that may arise during their project. Converting SMEs into MNCs by organizing finance against equity
Meeting SMEs and show them how they can grow from an SME to an MNC. This could be done by arranging funds for these SMEs against equity as most of the SMEs today cannot grow because of fund problems. Valuation of the MNC and having regular meetings with these SMEs to come to a final valuation of the company.
How to work: Each candidate will make a list of 25 SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in your area through Goggle search these SMEs should have a minimum turnover of between Rs.10 to Rs.15 Crores. You must have the following details of these SMEs
After you collect the data you have to speak to these SMEs and show them how they can grow from an SME to an MNC.
This could be done by arranging funds for these SMEs against equity as most of the SMEs today cannot grow because of fund problems. Preparing a Valuation of the SMEs for fund raising.
Certificate will be issued to all the interns who complete their Internship.
