Using a simple touch screen Bticino Model H4684 or H4690, after installing the firmware "Call Management", you can give a valid and simple solution to managing calls, in environments like schools, hotels or communities. Using an intuitive graphical interface you can monitor the status of calls made by the tie rods, generate audible alarms, mute them, and turn on a tranquilization light, all leveraging the proven qualities of solidity and reliability of a system Bticino My Home. The additional functionality provided by this firmware expand the capabilities, flexibility and offer of supply facilities Bticino My Home, making the call management easy and inexpensive, exploiting the present system. A concrete example of this can be easily understood in the case of an hotel, the centralization of alarms, the ability to record them with date, time and number of room allows to certify the plant for use of the new DPR thus allowing to obtain a more one star in the evaluation of the structure, with a low cost.

What is necessary to use with My Home :


In order to realize the potential benefits the following physical components must be present in the installation, as shown by the diagram at bottom of page. It uses a command 3477 with the rod attached to it that generates the call and the reset button of the call. As a visual signal is used an F411 / 2 that turn on the light of tranquillisation within inside the room affected and the light detection alarm outside the environment from which the call originated. When an event will appear in the H4684 and H4690 touch, that has been installed and configured the firmware "Call Management", the screen show you the call pages, which will be accompanied by a two-tone differently alarm, depending on the type of call (room or bathroom). This will be represented with the number and description of the environment on, accompanied the hour and date of the event. It present a red band which, if present more than one events, displayed alarms contemporaries as long as alarms will be reset to disappear from the list.

Thanks to a download software the log events can be exported automatically to a single XML database. With the firmware "Call Management" you can generate reports very accurate and configurable, allowing to obtain a clear and detailed work, and an assessment of the viability and efficiency of the operators. The archiving of events to the XML database is simple and transparent. The GUI Firmware "Call Management" with a warning icon will indicate that the memory is full of reports (about 3020 events logged) and that we must proceed to download on a personal computer. The physical connection that allows the downloading of data is the ethernet port in the back of the touch screen, connected on a present network or directly to PC with Cross cable. This allows you to downloading without moving or removing the touch from the wall. The software to download data on personal computers running only on Windows platform.
