Application Processing I am the officer responsible for processing this application and following my initial assessment I have concluded that there are a number of outstanding requirements to be met before I can take further steps to decide this application. These outstanding requirements are set out in the attached list. Please provide this information within 28 days after receiving this letter, you are deemed to have received this letter at the end of the day on which the document was emailed to you . If you do not respond within the required period this application may be decided without the information requested being taken into account. If you cannot provide this information within the requested timeframe you should contact the PVC and explain why you are unable to do so. An extension of time may then be granted. The Department of Immigration and Citizenship prefers to receive all documents, with the exception of Penal Certificates electronically. Please send scanned copies of documents to pvc.team2@immi.gov.au . Original Penal Certificates can be posted or sent by courier. You are also advised that given the current high volume of applications for this visa class, it is in your interests to respond to this request with a minimum of delay. Urgent action, taken in response to this request, will ensure that you are not disadvantaged in relation to other applicants currently under assessment.
