Budget and Procurement Plan

In order to ensure a smooth hand over to the build team a detailed plan has been proposed, as shown in Table 2.1. This illustrates the specific details of what needs to be bought and ordered to construct the trailer as well as where to source from. Second vendors have been specified for big ticket items, that is items over $1000. Furthermore a list of consequences had been complied, outlining the effects of incorrect part and or delivery dates from the supplier. In order to mitigate this all items have been sourced within Australia. Note that date delivered is based off supplier prediction times. Table 2.1 provides a complete budget listing as well as procurement details involved with each component.
