battery is fully charged and all information stored in phone memory is backed up. Do not allow the flashing process (step 18 onwards) to be interrupted in any way (pc must remain on and phone must have power from its battery. If an interruption occurs the phone may be left in an unusable state! COMMENTS: This process is known to work with Windows XP (and possibly 2000). As far as I am aware it will not work with any other version of Windows including Vista. It does not work on Linux or Mac systems. Copy the OciClasses.dll to C:\Windows\System32 before beginning. 1. In LGE GDFS, click on Add and select all the visible files in folder Firmware_V10B 16. Click several times on OK in order to close all the windows 17. Click on Start in top on the left. 18. Remove the USB cable from the phone. Hold the volume up key down then connect the USB cable to the phone. Around 3 seconds after doing this release the volume key. 19. The flashing process will now begin. The status will be shown in a window at the upper left. Once it is complete pass will appear. The phone can then be disconnected.
