Notice of false and deliberately misleading record Amended Request to Add Dror Zernik as Conservator filed by Attorney Zadika on April 7, 2013
The Honorable Court is asked to take notice of false and deliberately misleading April 7, 2013 Amended Request, filed by Attorney Amos Zadika. The Court should strike the record of its own volition, for the following reasons: 1. On March 28, 2013, the Court issued a decision record, instructing Conservator Robert Zernik to add all Conservatee's children to the Request to Add Conservator. 2. On April 7, 2013, Conservator Robert Zernik filed through his counsel Attorney Amos Zadika Amended Request to Add Conservator. 3. In the Amended Request, the following parties were listed: Requester: Robert Zernik, Responders: a. State Attorney, and b. Joseph Zernik, Conservatee's son. 4. To remove any doubts: All the Conservatee's children are: a. Uri Zernik, b. Joseph Zernik, and c. Dror Zernik. 5. Therefore, the Requester did NOT add all Conservatee's children to the Amended Request. 6. Additionally, in paragraph 6 of the Amended Request, Attirbet Zadika again presents on behalf of the Conservator false and misleading evidence that the Conservatee signed in 2008 authorization for Dror Zernik to hold powers over her medical treatment: a. To the best of my knowledge and understanding, the Conservatee was diagnosed already in 2005 as suffering from Alzheimer Disease. A few years earlier, she had already shown signs of debilitating senility, although the type of senility could not be clearly diagnosed at that time. Therefore, the Conservatee was incompetent to sign any legal document in 2008. b. Already in the past it was made clear to Conservator Robert Zernik, to the Conservatee's son Dror Zernik, and to Attorney Zadika, that the above referenced authorization record is false on its face for the reason, outlined in a., above, and also:

At the top of the 2008 record, Robert Zernik is listed at the person being authorized, and Robert Zernik is identified by name and ID number. The signature at the bottom of the document appears in part as Robert Zernik's signature, but under it, in a different hand writing, the name Dror Zernik appears. 7. Therefore, the authorization record should be considered false and misleading. 8. Additionally, Attorney Zadika is for the second time relying on such record, but fails to to present it as lawfully required. 9. Therefore, conduct of Attorney Amos Zadika should be deemed filing of false and deliberately misleading documentary evidence in court. 10. Therefore, the Honorable Court, of its own volition, should strike the Amended Request to Add Conservator, filed by the Conservator's counsel on April 7, 2013.
