Internal Staff Recommendation System


1 Objective
To encourage the staff to recommend suitable candidates for vacancies within the regional division.

Applicable Scope
All staff in South Africa Country

Reward Standard
Once the candidate(Senior EngineerSenior Project ManagerSenior product managerother management positions) is finally selected and joined the company through the recommendation process, the employee is eligible for a reward of R5,000.00 (Before Tax). Once the candidate (EngineerProject Managerproduct manager), is finally selected and joined the company through the recommendation process, the employee is eligible for a reward of R3,000.00 (Before Tax). Once the candidate (other position), is finally selected and joined the company through the recommendation process, the employee is eligible for a reward of R1,000.00. (Before Tax).

The details of vacancies can be obtained from HR manager. Because of the almost constant need for telecommunication personnel, local staffs are encouraged to recommend candidates regardless of any announcement of vacancies. When there is a vacancy, resumes acquired through the recommendation process will be screened along with other resumes through the regular staffing procedures. Once a decision (positive or negative) is made on the recommended candidate, HR Department will inform the staff who recommended him.

Payment of Recommendation Bonus

Once the candidate through the recommendation process is finally selected and joined the company, also the candidate succeed finishing probation The payment will be made from the date the recommended candidate joined the company. The payment will be made through the next following payroll.

4.4

Exclusions

The company has also its means of recruitment all the time Like job advertisements, through setting up of agencies, campus recruitment and headhunting etc. Employees will not be rewarded if the candidate whom they recommended has already applied through any of these means. On the other hand, if the candidates resume reaches the HR Department first through the recommendation process, then the employee will be eligible for the reward provided that the candidate is selected and joined the company successfully. If the candidate is a family member, the employee will not be entitled to any reward.
