NOTES ON STANDARD MATERIAL

The house will be equipped with essential facilities. The electrical system, provided in compliance with the regulations of the country of production of the building, includes wiring and conduit or dedicated pipes. The electrical system, in accordance with the regulations in Europe for building construction is to allow for 1no. light points per room, 1no. PTO per room, 2no. PTOs for the kitchen area, 1no. switch and 1no. diverter for each room, one socket for TV and a power plant grounding breaker with general differential. 2.5mm dia copper coated wires will pass through corrugated pipes (various), properly referenced on the drawings and will finish in the appropriate built-in boxes for plasterboard walls, junction boxes, grip and control lights. Boxes are made of high strength engineering plastic, complying with directives and BT standard EN 60670-1. The mounting is made easier thanks to the fins of the metal system, with progressive tightening, which in the process of positioning the box are retractable to allow an easier insertion into the hole, and in the assembly phase are progressively tightened to hold on to plates.

All the electrical accessories needed will be of VIMAR, civil series PLANA, or similar, with simple design and installation and come with designer labels on boxes. Plaques are white or ivory in resin. Includes a single function on the plate or a combination of two functions able to meet the basic system requirements.
