Design/installation/commissioning of a pneumo hydraulic intensifier based punching press tool and fixture. The tooling fixture and jig design was done from scratch and design was done on CATIA v5 and AUTOCAD 2000. Complete design and manufacturing from scratch of a copy grinding machine ( photo graph attached ) to grind radius of different sizes and types of composite brake blocks done using SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD 2000.

March 2010.. till date GENERAL MANAGER ENGINEERING IFGL EXPORTS LIMITED The company is in the business of formed composite refractories for steel making industry and caters to the local as well as overseas market. It is a joint venture with M/S KROSAKI HARIMA of Japan and M/S INDOFLOGATES group of India. The company has manufacturing facilities in CHINA, U.S.A, U.K, BRAZIL, MEXICO apart from 02 set ups in India. The headquarter of the group is in Kolkata - India. I am currently working as the technology and engineering head of the new set up being commissioned in KANDLA SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, Gujarat, where a 87 crore new plant is coming up. The entire detailed engineering of this project is being delivered by me. The plant is expected to be commissioned by October, 2011 Complete project execution of a Rs.40 crore new CCR refractory plant in KANDLA SEZ.
