Working with ESSAR PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD from 17/11/2010 till date. Location- Paradeep. Odisha Project- Integrated Steel Plant Designation- Sr. Manager - Mechanical The first phase of the 12 million ton e integrated steel complex of Essar Steel at Paradeep in Odisha is likely to be commissioned by Feb 2012.The first phase envisages an investment of Rs.5000 crore and comprises of the construction of 6 million tone pellet plant, 30MW X 4 Power Plant a green field project and a 8 million tone beneficiation plant at Joda,dist-keonjhar and construction of 253 km of iron slurry pipeline from Joda to Paradeep steel complex. Key Responsibilities 3

Structural Fabrication , Erection & commissioning of 9.5 km conveyor line,Consist of 40000MT & 10000MT Equipments. Fabrication ,erection & commissioning of intermediate silo & Flexo-well conveyor etc. Erection & commissioning of 3500MT(SWIRTELL-BMH) Ship Loader. Erection & commissioning of two nos 2500 MT Re-claimer(EHES),Two no 1000MT Stacker(MBL). Fabrication & erection of structurals for 30MW X 4Nos Power plant. Worked with TATA SPONGE IRON LTD from 14/10/2008 to 10/11/2010. Location- Angul. Odisha. Project-Coal Mine & Pit head power plant. Designation- Manager-Infrastructure Development Govt. of India has allocated a Coal block to TSIL situated south central part of Talchar coalfield in the district of Angul, ORISSA. Total extractable coal reserves of 115 Million tonne, the coal block named as Radhikapur East (Including Utkal-F).Is a green field project .Propose Coal block will produce 5MT coal/annum and will built 5.0 Mt washery, 135 MW power plant at pit head from washery rejects. The coal linkage will enhance the Joda sponge plant capacity to 5.4MTPA and power to 64MW. TSIL is sister company of TATA Steel having a present production capacity of 3.9 MTPA Sponge Iron with a turnover of more than $47.16 million situated at Joda, dist Keonjhar, Odisha.. Key Responsibilities DPR preparation & construction of 5 MT coal Washery ,67.5MW X2 coal reject based power plant. Facilitation for ROW & construction of conveyor Belt line(8.5km), Coal loading arrangement for coal evacuation to the Railway siding at Jarapada station from coal block. Establishing the Railway siding at Jarapada station & coal loading arrangement for 9000 TPD. Establishing water supply to the coal block / Washery / Power plant from samal barrage & the detail management plan. Facilitation of final approval of DPR of Railway siding from E.Co.Rly. 4

Establishment of power supply to the coal block. Facilitation in availability of necessary infrastructure for the R&R colony / Township. Facilitation of SAP implementation in the coal project. Also Worked at joda for Sponge iron plant maintenance.

Worked with PARADEEP PHOSPHATES LTD from 29/12/1999 to 14/10/2008. Location-Paradeep, Odisha Project-Chemical & Fertilizer Plant Designation- Dy. Manager- Project & Maintenance Paradeep Phosphates Limited, A joint venture of Zuari industries & OCP of Morocco (Up to Year-2002 was an Govt. of India Enterprise) is the largest Phosphatic fertilizer plant in Asia having four granular fertilizer trains (7.2 Lac MTPA) producing Di-ammonium Phosphate (DAP/NPK). It also has two streams of Sulphuric Acid Plant of capacity 6.6 Lac MTPA, Phosphoric acid plant of capacity 2.25 Lac MTPA of P 2O5 in Phosphoric Acid. The plant has a captive power plant with two-turbo generator having 16 MW capacities each.
