The decision record says: Decision Request No 2 in File No 1829-06-10 Judge Esperanza Alon I agree with the Requester that a person, who is not a legal scholar, would find it difficult to represent himself and understand the mystical secrets of court procedures. Therefore, the Requester is advised to obtain legal representation. As far as scribe's errors fell in the concluded process I do not find it necessary, at this point, to review them in depth, especially since a new request in court file 25607-03-13, proceeding of which was scheduled for July 10, 2013, at 11:30am. The Office of the Clerk shall serve on the parties. May 6, 2013
