Therefore, the Requester is advised to obtain legal representation. As far as scribe's errors fell in the concluded process I do not find it necessary, at this point, to review them in depth, especially since a new request in court file 25607-03-13, proceeding of which was scheduled for July 10, 2013, at 11:30am. The Office of the Clerk shall serve on the parties. May 6, 2013
