Agenda: -NSM Orientation Day -Task Assignment -NSM Div shirts NSM Orienation Day Date: June 21, 2013, 1-4PM, Room F213 Vade will clarify if classes in the morning will be cancelled or classes on the time of the orienation will be cancelled. Task assignment Theme/Motif: Futuristic "Keep Moving Forward" Voting (Intermission number of NSMSEC) 17 people disagreed that the NSMSEC won't have an intermission. NSM Division shirt Problem: The printing shop misunderstood the plan of the council. Mr. "Print guy", as they label the person in charge of the transaction, has digitalized one of yhe shirt designs. He thought that the submitted design was already the final shirt design to be printed. The intention was just to digitalize one of the shirt designs and it will be subjected to voting procedure, Option: Find another printing shop which would attend to our needs. A fellow NSM student has a printing shop business. The council has considered it to be an option. NSM Videoshoot: Attire: NSM div shirt Keep Calm, maong pants Time: 6:00AM Venue: People's Park
