Zone Progression Training is a cutting edge concept which combines old school, basic exercise moves which have withstood the test of time, combined with compound and super sets, done in a sequential, high intensity, non-stop circuit training fashion. ZPT gives you dramatic results in a very short amount of time. The key to ZPT, and what separates it from the conventional gym machine/classic cardio workouts, is the philosophy of burning out different zones of the body to near failure, then, instead of resting, we transfer that burn to another zone of your body. Because of the unique design of THERACK, we can change the level (1, 2, or 3) and continue to stimulate a certain zone of the body to failure. When gym guy stops after 815 reps, thats when Rack guy with ZPT just begins to enter The O Zone, all the time combining resistance training with cardio training, building lean, functional muscle tissue, stimulating blood flow and cardio vascular function, and burning tons of fat. Typical gym workouts focus on heavy, one-dimensional machines, which most often isolate a single muscle. This non-functional method of exercise puts a cap on overall total body function and caloric/metabolic burn. Additionally, with this method, you end up sitting around wasting time waiting for your next set. Typically, what I call the gym guy, will complete one set for every 45 sets you complete with ZPT.

Body Weight vs. Gym Machines


When gym guy is done with his weight lifting/resistance training, he then does his cardio for anywhere between 3045 minutes. Who has that much free time? Not me, or anyone I know! With ZPT we do most of our exercises using our own body weight. By using your own body weight, you are recruiting way more muscle groups to complete a rep. The more muscles you can use to perform an exercise, the more calories youre going to burn. Additionally, by doing more dynamic compound moves, you are going to promote increased lean muscle development, and, more importantly, develop real life strength. Strength that is actually useful in real life situations, i.e.; If youre hanging from a cliff, it doesnt matter how much you can curl at the gym. All that matters is if you can do a pull-up. * Curl machines work only the bicep. Pull-ups (body weight) work all of the pulling muscles necessary to actually pull yourself up.

Body Weight Exercises Done on THERACK vs. Gym Machine Exercises


1.  With gym machines, there is typically no crossover benefit to real life situations that require strength. 2. Gym machines often require little to no core strength/balance. 3.  Gym machines are designed in a way which, to movements, bypass and fail to strengthen connective tissues, i.e.; stabilizing muscles, tendons, ligaments. 4. In real life, rarely, if ever, are muscles used in such an isolated manner.

5. By isolating single muscles, you fail to achieve proportional symmetry. 6.  By isolating single groups (gym machines) you get far less of a caloric burn. 7.  Body weight exercises stimulate greater lean muscle gains. When done in conjunction with ZPT philosophy of super sets, compound sets and circuitry (transferring the burn) you build strong, functional muscle, burn tons of fat, create an unbelievable after burn, and most importantly, get all of your cardiovascular work done while performing resistance training. 8. Far better, more effective working in less time. Who doesnt want that!?

This is your baseline, the bread-and-butter Zone Progression Training workout. Its a total body, zone-by-zone, butt-kicking session created to re-build your body from the ground up. Its going to get you strong, get you shredded, and get you lean. And its going to show you how old school body weight exercises get turbocharged on THERACK. Enough talk; lets get rockin.

Ripped Abs on THERACK


Ripped up, six-pack abs. Lets face it, theyre the benchmark for being in great shape. Ive spent years keeping my abs in peak condition and now youre about to do the workout with all my shortcuts to a lean, sculpted six-pack. Were going to use all three levels of THERACK to hit your core hard and make your abs pop. And it only takes 10 minutes; that will give you more time to show off your results. Lets get to it.

Fat Shredder with THERACK


Fat is the enemy. You cant get definition and you wont look cut if your muscles are covered in a blanket of fat. Thats what this DVD is all about, burning the fat and getting it out of your body. Were going to do it with a series of compound, multi-directional moves done at a fast pace. Fast pace equals elevated heart rate, equals lots of sweat. And sweat is good: its fats way of saying, Im outta here! So lets gets ready to fry some lard.

Big Arm Blast


Guns. Every guy wants them. Well, this workout is your permit to pack em. Its going to pump up your biceps and blast your arms from shoulder to wrist by working them to fatigue, then working them a little more. And like every Zone Progression Training workout its all about efficiency and speed. Were going to move fast and push harder. A couple weeks of this and youll be busting out of your shirtsleeves. Now lets exercise your right to bare arms.

Explosive Chest, Shoulders & Back


This workout is all about building up your pecs and getting them chiseled. Were going to hit the whole chest and engage the shoulders, back and abs, too. Thats what Zone Progression Training is all about, working a body zone from different angles, bringing more muscles into play, and increasing muscle size and definition. But the real beauty of this workout is its only 10 minutes. But its a hard-hitting 10 minutes, so suck it up and get ready to work!
