EXPERIENCE
Since founding InterMedia (www.InterMediaOnline.com) in 1992, I have developed several web,
multimedia, e‐commerce and e‐learning projects in the United States, Latin America and Europe. In
2008, I made the United States my legal residence and am eager to continue expanding my professional
experience, building on my skills exemplified in the projects listed below. I am fluent in English, Spanish
& German.
Project Manager, Software Architect (Jul 2007 – Aug 2007 & Feb 2009 to present)
Online Catalog (Randolph Rose Collection & The Rose Garden of Dania Beach, NY/FL)
This project combines two separate online store websites with two different online catalogs (run by
separate companies under the same corporation) sharing a single back‐end SQL server engine. One
site is equipped with PayPal integration.
Multimedia Developer (Mar 2009 to present)
Multimedia Document Browser (United Nations – International Labor Organization (ILO) Latin
America and Caribbean)
CD‐ROM and Web site. Multimedia document browser to educate individuals about tolerance related
to HIV/AIDS in the workplace.
Project Manager, Software Architect (Aug 2007 – Sep 2008)
System for Appointment Scheduling and Bill‐pay for Public Health Care Consumers (SMC, Peru)
Windows Forms and WCF application. The highlight of this project is the user‐friendly interface and
the use of WCF data access over the internet. This application manages collections and appointments
for outpatients of public health facilities. The application is installed in pharmacies and convenience
stores in rural areas to facilitate patients scheduling appointments and making payments on their
debts without going to main hospital in the city in an effort to increase hospital revenues and improve
patient care.
Software Architect (Jan 2007 – Aug 2008)
Online Store System and Community Management (Idakoos, Florida)
ASP.NET application. Online store with a catalog of over 3 billion items. Includes a community module
integrated with Facebook.
User Experience Designer, Multimedia Developer (2001 – 2007)
E‐Learning courses (BCP/Credicorp/Profuturo, Peru)
Over 20 courses on internal procedures and mandatory training for certifications. The courses were
optimized to be accessible with different hardware and internet access requirements: from users in
the main offices to users on dial‐up connections and old PCs in rural areas.
The content was designed using a format developed specifically for these projects. The information
was displayed in three levels, graphical, text and graphics, and full information. By going through the
first level (usually comic‐like presentation and dialogs, audio optional), the user gets an idea of the
subject in minutes. The second level deepens the information, with extra text and diagrams. The third
level offers a lot of additional material and context information and links.
Project Manager (Mar – Apr 2007)
Multimedia Games (Phillip Morris/Marlboro, PM Latin America)

strategies in bars and clubs presented to target audiences on laptops.
