*CROSS TRAINING
A fast paced workout that incorporates total body strength training routines with cardiovascular activities. Cross training is one of the best ways to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, & reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines. If you are looking for an efficient, fun, and motivational workout, Cross Training is for you. Mondays, July 1st - August 5th* (6 week course) 6-7 am / Aerobics Room $10 per person (payment is due on the 1st day of class-cash or check only) *Pre-Registration required, email: azwellnesscenter@midwestern.edu SPACE IS LIMITED! *SPINNING
Performed on a stationary bike - fun, low-impact, musically charged, group activity. This program will address many fitness goals to include: strength, endurance, weight loss, & cardiovascular training. The participant determines the level of workout they wish to undertake. Advance registration/payment is required with a front desk staff member SPINNING Per class 4 classes per month *8 classes per month *if available, addl drop-in classes will be $3 per class* $3.00 $9.00 $18.00
*PARENT/CHILD YOGA
Yoga is a great form of exercise for both adults and young children. This class is a way to introduce your child to the benefits of yoga through joint poses and activities. Although this may be a little different (and louder) than your usual yoga class, we will still go through yoga flows and learn about the mind-body connection in exercise. You do not need yoga experience yourself to bring your child, come learn together! Mondays, July 1st - August 5th* (6 week course) 5:30-6:15 pm / Aerobics Room Girls and Boys (Children Ages 4-12) $20 per couple; $10 per additional adult or child (payment is due on the 1st day of class-cash or check only) *Adult Supervision is Required *Pre-Registration required, email: azwellnesscenter@midwestern.edu SPACE IS LIMITED!
