Boarding Of Passengers: Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passenger who do not report on time will be termed as "NO-SHOW" passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. M.P.Tourism reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel. Photo Identification: Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passenger s of the group issued by one the government authority (Driving license, student id card, company id card, passport, PAN Card or voter id card) other wise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund. Baggage: We will carry your luggage on and subject to these General conditions of M.P. Tourism , and any applicable special conditions 20 kg per item and one small piece of hand luggage . In this context , hand means something that is capable of fitting on an overhead luggage rack or under seats. Drivers will load your luggage on or off coaches except where is the responsibility opinion of the driver, your luggage exceeds the recommended weight, whereby you will be responsible for making arrangements for the lifting of your luggage exceeds the recommended weight, whereby you will be responsible for the missing / lost luggage. The passenger has to carry the baggages at their own risk and responsibility. We shall be entitled to inspect all of your luggage, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the above requirements. We shall not be obliged to carry you or your luggage and shall be entitled to remove you from the vehicle if you refuse to submit for a search.

General
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Busses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc., However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket The trips are subject to cancellation or postponed due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refund. No Passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage and luggage will be booked at owner's risk . Video and Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed. The tickets booked through internet are cancelable. The refund money is transferred back to the passenger's credit/ Debit card. Cash refund not possible. Discount cards and special offers will not be applicable. All Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Bhopal courts only.

Cancellation / Refunds Rules

No refund will be given to "NO-SHOW" passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time. Delay and cancellation of Service: M.P.Tourism may delay a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances M.P.Tourism delays a bus more than 2 hours. M.P.Tourism may reschedule the journey on the next M.P.Tourism service in the same sector subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable the full refund of the ticket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the ticket will become a "NO-SHOW" and will not be entitled to any refund or reshedule. M.P.Tourism is not responsible for the delays caused enroute due to unavoidable circumstances/ traffic jams etc. M.P.Tourism may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances M.P.Tourism shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next M.P.Tourism service in the name sector , subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase.
