Climate change worries and Ardra Pravesh horoscope of 2013.

The winter season (2012-13) this year had very strange weather fluctuations in India. This year the sudden drop in temperate in the first ten days of January and then unseasoned rain in the month of February had broken all past records in the north-western states particularly. According to a news paper report published in Hindustan, a national Hindi daily, on 5-March-2013 the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India is probing into these unexpected changes in weather. The minister of earth sciences Shri Jaipal Reddy had also given a statement in the Parliament, on 5th of March, that cold waves in the first ten days of January 2013 had broken records in many parts of the country in which Agaratala , Jalpaiguri , Gaya, Muzaffarnagar, Barali , Patna, Gorakhpur and Satana are prominent. These cities are in the states of U.P. , Bihar, West Bengal and North Eastern states . In these states the cold waves has broken earlier records of year 1933. The statistic shows the whole plains of river Ganga has come into the effects of sever cold waves this season. In the same way the unprecedented rain in the month of February has broken all past records in cities like Lucknow, Dehradun , Badmair and Ganga Nagar. In the capital of India, New Delhi the winter rain, accompanied by thunderstorm, on February 5 had broken the records of single day rainfall in the last 50 years in the month of February. As per the classics of astro- meteorology the sage Vyasa , Valmiki , Garga etc. are of the opinion that from the lunar month of Pausa to Chaitra is the time of no rain. The less there will be rain in these months of winter more there will be rain during the rainy season in summer. But this time we had heavy unseasoned rain fall during the brighter half of the lunar month of Pausa and the darker half of the lunar month of Magha (This was between January 12 to February 10) in many parts of North-western and North -eastern states. So does it mean that this time there will be less rain in these parts during the rainy season of south-west monsoon? Well we will probe on the matter of south-west monsoon, which is critical for the agrarian economy like India, but first look at this report published by Guardian Australia Links angry summer to climate change- at last Government advisers unequivocally link the countrys extreme weather and global warming, and say the worst is yet to come http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/blog/2013/mar/07/australia-angry-summer-climate-change The hottest summer on record. The hottest January on record. The hottest day on record for Australia as a whole. Bushfires in every state and territory. Daily rainfall records and major flooding . Over a period of 90 days, these were some of the 123 extreme weather records broken during Australias angry summer. From astrological point of view both Saturn and Jupiter are transiting through the rashis of Venus i.e. Libra and Taurus respectively which should have given moderate bright sunny weather according to the season as per the classics of astro-meteorology. Rahu joining Saturn in Libra, an airy rashi. is also considered as a windy and rain giving combination. Now the question arises all these unprecedented weather fluctuations in India and Australia during the same period are because of climate change effects of Global warming or there is some special astrological combination responsible for it which we are not able to understand ? Last year in 2012 it was USA which endured the record breaking summer which was its third warmest since records begins in 1895, as per the reports published by their National Climate data center in Asheville N.C. During the same period Indian farmer suffered from the erratic monsoon season (June-September) in 2012. First the south-west monsoon was delayed by more than two weeks at many placed than there was unusually extended monsoon season .Meteorologist in India has started debating on revising the expected dates of the entry of southwest monsoon for many places.

Anyways leaving this question of climate change here we now proceeds to study the Ardra Pravesh Horoscope of 2013 which is by taking the time when Sun enter the Ardra Nakshatra on 22-June-2013, 04:34:00 hrs, Delhi

In the Ardra Pravesh horoscope of this year the Taurus (a rashi with 50% water content) an earth rashi is rising. Dry planet Mars placed in the lagna in Rohini Nakshatra is not favorable for rain at the time of Ardra Pravesh i.e. 22 June 2013.

Moon is Vargottama in the Scorpio rashi which contain just 25% of water as per astro-meteorological principals. Moon is in Anuradha Nakshatra which is in Prachanda Nadi of Saturn which is also not good. In Navamsha the Leo is rashi rising, which is a rashi with nil water content, though two benefics Jupiter and Moon in Kendra shows some hope.

Also notice that most of the planets in the Sapta-Nadi Chakra ,cast for the day of Ardra Pravesh, are in the Yamya or Dakshin Nadis (The first three Nadis Prachand, Pawan and Dahan are know as the Yamya or Daskhin Nadis). This situation promise very hot and windy temperature around the days of Suns Ardra Pravesh i.e. around 22 June 2013 , but do not promise much rain. Important dates and astrological forecast for the first stage of south-west monsoon 2013 * On 1- June 2013, around the time when south-west monsoon is expected to reach the coastal areas of Kerala the Jupiter, Mercury and Venus in transit would have been conjoined together in Gemini rashi. Three benefices ahead of Sun, which will be transiting through Taurus than, is a welcome factor for timely entry of south-west monsoon and good initial rain. *On 7- June 2013, Mars will enter the Rohini Nakshatra creating an obstacle for rain. So the progress of soutnwest monsoon will get slow and it will not be able to reach Mumbai at its expected date of 10th of June. Also the transiting Saturn in retrograde motion is another hindrance for rain which will not get clear in the month of June. *On 22-June-2013, at the time of Ardra Pravesh Jupiter would have been deep combusted in Gemini rashi. As per the Ardra Pravesh chart the southern states and central India would have to endure some delay in receiving monsoon showers. (Jupiter will be combusted from 06-June-2013 to 02-July-2013)

* On 26-June -2013, Mercury will gets into retrograde motion in Gemini rashi. Moon at that time in Capricorn and next day i.e. on 27 June in Aquarius, being in trine from Saturn, will bring pre- monsoon showers and wind storms in the Northern and North western states like Delhi, U.P. , Harayana, Punjab etc. * On 01-July-2013, Rahu will move into Swati Nakshatra and on 02-July-2013 Jupiter will rise in the east bringing rain for central and North-western states. As per the astro-meteorological classics Jupiter at the time of rising gives rains. * On 07-July-2013, Mars will goes into Gemini rashi and on 09-July-2013 transiting Saturn will be in direct motion. It is a classical principal of astro-meteorology that Mars changing rashi and Saturn transiting in direct motion bring good rain. The period from 07-July-2013 to 12-July-2013 will bring good rain fall and sharp progress for the monsoon express covering entire Northern and North-western states. * On 18-July-2013, Sun moving into Cancer and Venus going to Leo ahead of Sun will bring rain. Than on 21-July2013, Mercury going direct will bring rain. * On 05-August-2013, Mercury will join Sun in Cancer rashi and there will be some rain for the northern states. Summery and conclusion of the astrological predictions of south-west monsoon 2013 1. As per the Ardra Pravesh horoscope 2013 and study of the impregnation or grabhadharana of clouds during winter season we have come to the conclusion that this year south-west monsoon will bring just below average rainfall. 2.The south-west monsoon will reach Kerala on its expected time i.e. around 01-June2013 but Mars afflicting Rohini afterwards will slow down its progress and it will get some delay in reaching Mumbai. 3.In the month of June there will be just average rain but in July there will be less than average rainfall as Rahu and Saturn afflicting Swati Nakshatra, Mars in close conjunction with Jupiter than in Gemini rashi will create obstacle in rain fall during the whole month of July. 4. The first forth night of August 2013 there will be average rain fall but after the entry of Mars in Cancer rashi on 20th of August a major obstacle will get clear off and there will be excellent rain fall afterwards in the whole country.(Mars in Cancer give good rain as per astro- meteorological classics) 5. In the second forth- night of August and first forth- night of September 2013 ,during the time Mars will be in 100% watery rashi Cancer, there is a extreme danger of loss of crops and lives due to flash flood in hilly areas. Mars in the ascendant of Ardra Pravesh chart also give strong indication towards it. From 20th August 2013 to 15h September 2013 there will be threat of flood in the eastern states and flash flood in the hilly areas. 6. The Month of September 2013 will get more than average rainfall as benefics ,Mercury and Venus will be ahead of Sun till 16th of September. And than Mercury joining Venus in Libra on the 26th of September will also bring some rain in end of the month while south-west monsoon started withdrawing. Sachin Malhotra 12-March-2013
