All Points Relocation Service Inc. is looking to hire 2 summer students at the university or college level who are studying Human Resources and will be returning to school in September 2013. The successful candidates will coordinate home finding services and arrange government registration appointments for relocating employees; prepare itineraries, update internal databases and other administrative support. Training will be provided.
Qualified candidates will have: Extensive software skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Excellent keyboarding skills Strong research skills
Outstanding candidates will: Work successfully in a hectic, high pressure environment Be extremely detail oriented Take great pride in the accuracy and completeness of their work Have proven experience meeting deadlines Have knowledge of Canadian Cities and Neighbourhoods
Successful candidates will: Be team players with proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks Possess exceptional time management skills Possess critical thinking/problem solving skills Work effectively with minimal supervision It is desirable but not essential that the candidate: Have been relocated him or herself and/or have international travel or living experience Have the ability to read, speak and write in a second language
