CASE SCENARIO: Mayumi Joaquin, a 21 years of age, born on july 4, 1990 at Arkong Bato, Valenzuela City. She is the only child of Mr. Rusty Chason Joaquin and Mrs. Madhy Joaquin. She is a ramp model for two years. During her early childhood, she had suffered from gastroin testinal problem. She has no family history of heart disease and hypotension. Last friday, she collapsed and was admitted at Fatima University Medical Center (FUMC).
