As the Nokia processor load is distributed, this could be an average over all processors. In case peak load in 24 hour period is needed, the exact meaning in a distributed processing system requires further clarification, that can be done in the nearest future.

Comments

Counter drop after TCH assign in the numerator encapsulates drops due to various reasons such RF, Abiset Counter TCH new call assign in the denominator prevents the same call being counted twice because of incoming handovers on an area level

Use: On the BTS level. To rank cells by the share of TCH drop call failures per TCH seizure (normal or HO). Intra-cell HO is excluded, which is meaningful in the case of IUO. Inter-cell HOs are counted only as a net value.

Comments

-INTERNAL_FAILURES : Call is failed in MSC due to (MSC's) Internal problems, Clear Codes (400...7FF) (like problem with charging or SW failure). Clear Codes 400...7FF description attached for reference in ClearCodes sheet
