At the last two meetings have been conducted discussions about Orem's Theory. I as one member of the group renderer, I realized that our group a lot of shortcomings at the time of presentation. Among our lack of preparation in preparing a slide presentation, lack of material we read, and we lack in managing the flow of the discussion. Beyond that, I am now starting to understand the Theory of Self Care, Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory and Process Theory, which was initiated by Dorothea Orem. In addition, I am also now able to know more immediate application in practice. I assume that Orem's Nursing Theory can be applied to the Community as concerned about self-care and self-care deficit with attention also various aspects including aspects of patient, family, and community environments. In overcoming problems in patients in the Nursing Community, we often use Nursing System Theory is a Supportive Educative. So as to solve the problem a lot more patients are taught about the fulfillment of their own health by including therein the family to monitor the health of patients. In Indonesia, we as a community nurse will be more emphasis on education in solving health problems that would preclude the patient because the patient will fall into a more severe state. And we are always focused on the completion of the disease suffered by the patient. Our focus is to do this is a limitation of Orem's Theory, but it is our capital to solve the problems faced by community nurses in Indonesia. . In Nursing System Theory as similar to Kozier nurses role caregiver, teacher, counselor, change agent. Indonesian nurses in the community to do the same with that expressed by Kozier and Orem. We give more counseling about the patient's health, family health and environmental health.
