Participants individual learnings In order to be able to issue your individual Youthpass certificate with the self assessment part,

we ask you to give us the findings you think you have gained from the training course, described through Key Competences which were presented to you during the Training Course. They offer the possibility to give a detailed picture of the experience gained during the project. When describing the learning outcome, choose those Key Competences which describe best the experience gained during the project. There is no need to use them all. Always keep the description easy to understand, since the Certificates are addressed to people having no or little background knowledge in the field of youth work. The assessment part will appear on the third page and following pages of the Youthpass. The use of the document is individually entitled to you. Only in case you enter text in a box, the Key Competence will appear on the Certificate . At the bottom you will find a box to summarise learning outcome in general. Communication in foreign languages

In this aspect I have improved a lot, speaking, writing and thinking in English has changed my way of thinking. In possession of English knowledge I can realize similarities between languages. It has helped me knowing better my mother tongue. If I talk with someone I can easily understand everything. In addition I can adapt to my partners in conversations no matter what is the level of knowledge of english. I am capable of communicating easily to another people without knowing theirs languages by using my creativity and improvization skills. I am better at symplifying and explaining things.

I can easily recognize opportunities, as a source of gaining new knowledges, from my first experience with non-formal methology. I can systemize my thoughts more effectively according to different approaches. I can interpret everything as a source of learning.

I have met and acquainted new people by organising the cultural events, where each country presented themselves. Thanks to that I made new friends I still keep in touch.

I have improved a lot regarding languages we have spoken in the project, English, Italian or Romanian. I can make comparison between them and it makes me learning other languages easily.
