EX-PARTE MOTION TO LITIGATE AS A PAUPER

COMES NOW the plaintiff, by and through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states, that: 1. Plaintiff is of legal age, and residing at Km. 17 McArthur Hiway, Bancal, Meycauayan, Bulacan; 2. Plaintiff belongs to the lower strata in life, having no sufficient source of income and surviving from hand to mouth existence only and he and his children were dependent then on the income of his deceased wife (Imelda De Leon); 3. Plaintiffs situation in life may be gleaned from the certification issued by the City Social Welfare and Development Office, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, the Certification of Indigency (Pagpapatunay) issued by Brgy. Chairman of Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan and Certificate from the Assessors Office of Meycauayan City, Bulacan, hereto attached as Annexes A, B and C and made parts hereof; 4. In view of the foregoing circumstances (par.2 and 3), the plaintiff earnestly seek the kind indulgence of the Honorable Court to allow him to litigate as pauper litigant and dispense her from paying docket/filing fees and other lawful fees as well as stenographic notes.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to please allow plaintiff to litigate as pauper litigant and to issue Order exempting him from paying docket/filing fees and other lawful fees as well as stenographic notes for the reason above-stated.
