We are also facilitating SM Team without Continuing Education tie up, mostly in Brown and Black field, where the average age is above 35, mostly unionized plants and have had very good results in India - SIRF-Madurai, Pepsi Calcutta, Pepsi Mahul, Mercury ( Godrej) In Malaysia, we have done for Jabil Electronics and Kobe and In Indonesia, we have done in Indorama textiles. There are two failures of our attempt One in NTTF and another in Pepsi Mahul for reasons of ours and beyond ours.
