With Allah's help and guidance, in DUBLIN City, in the state of REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, and on the day of 16/10/1433 A.H. Corresponding to 03/09/2012 A.D. this Contract has been entered into by and between: 1. MANASIK TOURS LIMITED (company) which is duly accredited with and issued permit by the Ministry of Hajj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pursuant to the by-laws and regulation governing this Contract, under Organizer No. 1005 to organize the arrival of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the country of REPUBLIC OF IRELAND with a total number of pilgrims 150 pilgrim, with address at 1 FRANKFORT CENTRE, DUNDRUM ROAD, DUBLIN 14, IRELAND, Telephone No. 0035312079650 Fax No. 0035312079896 Website WWW.MANASIKTOURS.IE which is represented in the signing of this Contract by MR IBRAHIM AL-KADDO in his capacity as MANAGING DIRECTOR thereby granting him the authority to enter into and sign this Contract on the basis of documents attached hereto, and who is a BRITISH national and holder of Passport No 707395516 issued at FCO on 23/10/2009 Mobile No. 00353833391333, hereinafter referred to as First Party - Organizer; and 2. INTRODUCTION WHEREAS, the Organizer is the duly authorized by the Ministry of Hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to organize and take charge of the affairs of the pilgrims coming from REPUBLIC OF IRELAND for this years Hajj season, since he possesses the necessary capacity and ability to set up, implement and provide all essential services needed by the Second Party both directly and indirectly in order for him to be able to perform Hajj rites in a more comfortable and easier manner, and be able to visit the Medinas Prophets mosque, in accordance with the rules and regulations being enforced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. WHEREAS, the Second Party is a Muslim and he desires to perform Hajj and visit the Holy Prophets mosque during Pilgrimage year 1433 A.H. and has expressed his willingness to conclude a contract with the First Party and therefore agreed to be served by the First Party in order for him to be able to perform Hajj during his stay in the Holy Lands until his return to his country of origin, and accepted the regulatory measures and procedures entailed in the carrying out those services, and also accepted the mode and arrangements relative to his travel and accommodation and the like in compliance with the provisions of this Contract; NOW, THEREFORE, the both parties have acknowledged their respective legal capacity to enter into such a contract and have affirmed their understanding and knowledge of all responsibilities and consequences resulting from their signing of this Contract, as well as their understanding and knowledge of the prevailing rules, regulation, resolutions, guidelines and measures being enforced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which govern the arrival and conduct of service for the pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, thus, the both parties have agreed to the following provisions, to wit: SUBJECT & DURATION OF CONTRACT FIRST: 1. Foregoing Introduction serves as the Title of this Contract, and all documents attached hereto and all data stipulated herein shall likewise be considered as an integral part of the Contract and shall be put into consideration in the implementation or interpretation of any provision hereof. 2. The parties mutually agreed not to exceed the duration of the contract the actual period of Hajj activities for the year 1433 only, and the contract period starts from the date of signing by the parties to this contract on 03/09/2012 A.D. and expires on 05/11/2012 corresponding to 20/12/1433 A.H not later than the last day of Muharram of the year immediately following the pilgrimage season (based on Umm Al-Qura Calendar).

OBLIGATIONS & SERVICES SECOND: PRE-HAJJ PERIOD 1. The First Party, upon the fulfillment of all requirements and submission of all necessary documents by the Second Party to the First Party as well as upon signing of this Contract by both parties, is mandated to submit a formal request to the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, or any Saudi Mission for him to get the Second Party an entry visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj, which is issued and granted by the Government Saudi Arabia to pilgrims free of charge, according to the established rules and regulations governing the issuance of such visas. 2. The parties agreed that the administrative procedures which the First Party performs in order for the Second Party to obtain Hajj visa and consequently be allowed to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Hajj purpose, plus the service fees charged by Tawaafa Owners Foundations as well as fees for health requirements, as well as the expenses incurred in the processing of travel documents shall be in the amount of (3850) local currency only, and no other currency other than the local currency, which equals ($4850) US dollar only, and no other currency other than the US Dollar. 3. The parties agreed that the means of travel to the Holy Land shall be as follows: by air via Turkish Airlines on the basis of a confirmed 2-way reservation number RZ76U5 AND SN3XAV ticket number N/A. Day of Departure on 16/10/2012 at exactly 16.00 local time of DUBLIN Flight No. TK1978 departing from the airport of DUBLIN Point of Destination JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia, on 17/10/2012 Arrival Time 04.40 local time of JEDDAH. 4. The First Party, and to ensure the health and safety of pilgrims coming under his supervision, in case he desires to provide additional services to the pilgrims like food services during their stay at Pilgrims Cities or the holy sites in particular, shall conclude a food contract with Saudi companies and institutions (engaged in food catering) duly licensed by the competent government authorities in Saudi Arabia, with good sanitary and medical records, compliant with the established rules, regulation and standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in coordination with the Tawwafa and Guides associations and the Unified Agents Office in charge for their service stipulating the place of service delivery and their compliance with the standardized food services prepared by the Ministry of Hajj, and First Party (the organizer) shall bear all consequences arising from the violation of these agreements. THIRD: ARRIVAL AT THE KINGDOM 1. The parties, in the event of an agreement on additional services to be provided to the Pilgrim aside from the basic services usually provided to all pilgrims, shall include in this Contract or through an addendum to be attached to this Contract, subject to contract concluded by the First Party with private institutions or other individuals.

2. The parties agreed that the First Party (himself or through a third party with whom the First Party has a contract) shall provide the Second Party (Pilgrim) additional services such as reception of the Second Party upon his arrival at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or during his transfer to the Pilgrims Cities (Madinat Hujjaj) which are separate from usual services whose charges haven been paid by the Second Party in advance, as follows, to wit: Service N/A Detail N/A

Time and Place of Service N/A Total Cost of Service to be shouldered by the Pilgrim ( equivalent to ( ) US Dollar only. FOURTH: DURATION OF STAY IN MAKKAH AL MUKARRAMAH 1. The first party acknowledged that he struck a deal officially with concerned agencies and officials to accommodate the second party (pilgrim) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Madinah Al-Munawwarah at a building equipped and fully furnished to accommodate pilgrims, provided with all common requirements and required furnishes such as accommodation, peace and order and security and all required services like the availability of water suitable for human consumption and the availability of electricity during the tenure of the agreement. 2. The two parties agreed that the housing of the second party (pilgrim) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah shall be under the following description: Duration of stay in Makkah Al-Mukarramah 14 days, commenced on: 17/10/2012 until: 30/10/2012 corresponding to 01/12/1433 H until 14/12/1432 H (according to Um Al-Qura calendar). Accommodation in room (joint of person (4) at: N/A floor, bldg. ALSAFWAH ROYAL ORCHID & AZIZIYAH BUILDING named, Located at Makkah Al-Mukarramah at village AJYAD STREET THEN IN AZIZIYA, ABDULLAH KHAYAT Street. Beside HARAM away from Masjed el Haram at a distance not exceeding: 0.1KM (ALSAFWAH) AND (AZIZIYAH) 10km, consisting of 1st floor + N/A floor, with the availability of all necessary basic services. Stay of the pilgrim in this room and the entire duration of his stay in Makkah AlMukarramah will cost him (1300) local currency, only ONE THOUSAND AND three hundred EUROS ONLY local currency only, U$($1650) only ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ONLY. 3. The two parties agreed that the first party shall render (himself or through other party that have been previously contracted with him) to the second party (pilgrim) additional services during his stay at Makkah Al-Mukarramah aside from agreed basic services as follows:

Service VISITS TO HOLY SITES Detail ISLAMIC SITES VISITS Time and Place of Service 4TH DHUL HIJJA Total Cost of Service to be shouldered by the Pilgrim (10), equivalent to ($14) US Dollar only. FIFTH- HAJJ RITES PERIOD 1. The parties mutually agreed that the First Party (himself or through a third party with whom the First Party has a contract) shall provide the Second Party (the Pilgrim) supplementary services while in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, in addition to the basic services that the Second Party primarily needs while undergoing Hajj rites, to be as follows: Service FOOD Detail TWO MEALS DAILY AND SOFA BED Time and Place of Service BREAKFAST AND DINNER Total Cost of Service to be shouldered by the Pilgrim (210), equivalent to ($290) US Dollar only. 2. The Pilgrim pledge to abide by all guidelines, directives given to him by the First Party directly or from the mutawif in charge of his services and responsible for his security thus making it incumbent upon the Second Party to cooperate in full with them for the success of the conduct of Hajj. SIXTH: HOUSING IN MADINAH AL MUNAWWARAH 1. The two parties agreed that housing of the second party (pilgrim) in Madinah Al Munawwarah shall be under the following prescriptions: Duration of stay in Madinah Al Munawwarah: 5 days from: 30/10/2012 Until: 04/11/2012 corresponding to: 14/12/1433 H. until: 19/12/1433 H (according to Um Al Qura calendar) Accommodation in room (joint of: 4 person) floor N/A bldg. CHARM CROM HOTEL named: located in Madinah AlMunwaarah village street beside: HARAM away from the Prophet Mosque at distance not exceeding: 0.1 .km. consisting of 1st floor + N/A floor, with the availability of all necessary basic services. Stay of the pilgrim in this room and the entire duration of his stay in Madinah AlMunawwarah will cost him (550) local currency, FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS ONLY local currency only, U$ ($700) SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY. 2. The two parties agreed that the first party shall render (himself or through other party that have been previously contracted with him) to the second party (pilgrim) additional services during his stay at Madinah Al-Munawwarah aside from agreed basic services as follows:

Service FOOD Detail TWO MEALS DAILY Time and Place of Service BREAKFAST AND DINNER IN HOTEL RESTAURANT Total Cost of Service to be shouldered by the Pilgrim (350), equivalent to ($450) US Dollar only. Service VISITS TO HOLY SITES Detail ISLAMIC SITES VISITS Time and Place of Service 16TH DHUL HIJJA Total Cost of Service to be shouldered by the Pilgrim (10) local currency only, equivalent to ($14) US Dollar only. The Pilgrim shall bring with him a certified true copy of this Contract to be used as a reference for him whenever necessary, or to be shown to the authorities concerned upon their request.

SEVENTH: DEPARTURE AND RETURN OF PILGRIM TO HIS COUNTRY 1. The first party must ensure that the plane ticket of the pilgrim is clearly booked with flight number and date of his departure according to preschedule by the general administration for civil aviation; the two parties must strictly abide by the defined departure schedules as previously identified. 2. The two parties are not allowed to make any decision about departure aside from flight schedules as the pilgrims will be grouped during departure according to the flights schedules issued by the General Administration for Civil Aviation which is the sole authority in grouping the pilgrims and to decide on their departure. 3. The first party must present himself or one of his representatives during the pilgrims departure at the pilgrim's area at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madenah Al-Munawwarah to process and receive excess luggage of the pilgrims in case they can not pay the excess kilos of their luggage so as not to delay the travel of the pilgrims and the schedule of their departure. 4. The two parties agreed that the travel of the second party (pilgrim) and his departure from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be as follows: Air travel: through airline company TURKISH AIRLINES with confirmed booking no.: RZ76U5 ticket no N/A departure day: SUNDAY date: 04/11/2012 at 03.40am time, flight no TK099 departing at MEDINAH AIRPORT City of MEDINAH Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with destination at DUBLIN airport, date: 04/11/2012, at the city of DUBLIN, IRELAND. 5. The first party must abide by confirmed departure schedules of all pilgrims, in case there are pilgrims whom their departure to their countries has not been scheduled or in need to be amended, they must check it out with concerned airline company and confirm their return booking before ascending to mount Arafat and inform the Tawwafah foundation on that matter.

The organizer must observe the responsibility of the air carrier towards the passenger in case of any delay of flights and provide the pilgrims with all necessary services during that delay such as refreshments, meals and hotel accommodation if the delay will exceed the regular period. Total value of the contract and mode of payment EIGHTH 1. The second party shall pay the total amount of (3850) local currency, only THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS Local currency, equivalent to US$ ($4850), only FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY US dollar to the first party represents the total value of all services agreed by the two parties. 2. The two parties agreed that the total value of the contract shall be paid in cash upon the signing of the contract according to the check given by the second party to the first party no.:........................................ dated:/./.. (copy of which is attached herewith) withdrawn from Bank:...therefore, the first party wrote acknowledgement receipt no.:dated:././..(copy of which is attached herewith). General Rules and Conclusion NINTH: 1. The first party shall take care for the safety of the second party, enable him to perform Haj as easy as possible and keep the pilgrim away from any impediments or hardships that he may face before or after the Haj. 2. The two parties agreed not to violate rules and regulations and instructions about Haj issued by the Ministry of Haj and other concerned government agencies, and fully adherence to the instructions, requirements, and descriptions as determined by the concerned agency in the Ministry of Haj and the General Administration for Civil Defense and other government agencies concerned on the Haj or the accommodation of pilgrims. 3. The second party must immediately submit in case of any problem or complain with regard to services to any branch office of the Ministry of Haj in Makkah Al-Mukarramah or Jeddah or Madenah Al-Munawwarah before his departure from the Kingdom or through the centers for committee on complains of the Ministry of Haj that are spread out in Haj cities and holy sites, the complains must be attached with a copy of this contract and other related documents that are necessary to support the complains, the complains shall be dealt immediately, the pilgrim has the right to receive a document from the Ministry of Haj confirming inadequacies of services from the first party in order for him to be able to file the same before concerned authorities in his country if he wants to continue his complain with the

authorities, in case that negligence is established against the first party, he shall be penalized according to rules and regulations. The parties agreed that all notifications and official communications between them should be addressed to their respective postal addresses in case of regular mail, or to their e-mail addresses shown in the Contract's foreword, or through anyone of their choice. This Contract shall not take effect and cannot become legally binding unless otherwise signed by both parties, and all addenda shall not be considered as part of the Contract unless otherwise made in writing and signed by both parties and their representatives. In the event of any disagreement over the interpretation or implementation of this contract, it will be dissolved by mutual consent, and if not possible, the matter shall be referred to the competent authority at the Ministry of Hajj as a neutral party to resolve the dispute amicably. And if not possible, the parties can refer the matter for decision to the courts or judicial bodies or competent committees in accordance with the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia or in accordance with the regulations applicable in the State from which the Pilgrim comes. This contract is written in Arabic and may be translated into English or the language spoken by the Pilgrim. Terms of the Contract written in Arabic shall be and remain the only reference to be resorted to in case a need arises to interpretation of any country. This contract is executed in six (6) original copies and attached thereto all the annexes and other necessary documents which are all signed by the parties. Both parties are given copies of the Contract. The First Party shall provide one copy for the Tawafa Foundation concerned in Makkah, a copy for the Private Authority for Guides in Madinah, a copy for the Office of the common agents in Jeddah, and a copy to the General Administration for Foreign Pilgrims of the Ministry of Hajj.
