The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants National Capital Region Council (NFJPIA NCRC) is the largest regional organization of accountancy students in the Philippines. For fourteen years, the NCR Council, as created in the auspices of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, commits itself to aid in producing dynamic members of the accountancy profession through the performance of various activities aimed to strengthen the holistic development of its members. This semester, in partnership with the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila - Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, the NFJPIANCRC will be organizing its LUZON-WIDE ART AND LITERARY FESTIVAL themed Cinemalaya:

Isigaw mong Pinoy ka!- Exalting the

Illustrious Filipino Dexterity of Art and Literary Endowment,an annual nonacademic activity inclined in promoting literary and artistic inclination of its members among all bonafide local chapters. It will held on February 2, 2012 at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Art and Literary Festival is composed of competitions both in the field of Art and Literature. Such competitions include among others the typical essay writing contest, extemporaneous speaking contest, short story making contest, and poetry contest for the field of literary writings while poster making competition, photography contest and the like compose the Art competitions. This festival of arts, colors and letters indeed bring out the best of what a member can do. These competitions only prove that Accountants are not just good in numbers and mathematics but are versatile enough to show others how good they are in the field of arts and literature. Art and Literature has been recognized as an insurmountable media of expression. It conveys ideas, emotions, arguments, supposition and sometimes fact to give recognition to the Filipino culture by having these specific competitions generally related to the theme which is Recognizing the Filipino Culture and Talents. It has proven itself as an event readily available at providing recognition to exemplary works of JPIAns in the field of Art and Literature. The Art and Literary Festival, being one of the largest and non-academic event of the National Capital Region Council of The National Federation of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, primarily and in general aims to provide extracurricular development, interpersonal motivation and social advancement among its member local chapters and their respective constituents. Furthermore, being an activity inclined in the field of Art and Literature, this event aims to develop in general artistic inclination and literary upheaval. DEPIXION 1.
