The Miss Hawaiian Tropic International Contest is open to all born a female 18 years and over, married or single. Entrants must be available to travel to Surfers Paradise in Febaurary/March, 2014. If a finalist is unable to participate during the whole week, the travel and accommodation vouchers will be returned immediately to the organisers and the runner-up will automatically replace her. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The organisers will not be responsible for rescheduling the travel or accommodation due to circumstances beyond their control. Entrants, if called upon and where possible, will make themselves available for promotional appearances within reason in the lead up to the National Final. All photographic or otherwise recorded material will remain the property of Pacific Enterprises Australia and RedHotPie who shall have the free and full right to use the name, likeness, photograph or recommendation of any entrant in perpetuity. The organisers can not be held responsible for any events beyond their immediate control and will not be held liable for any damage or loss under any circumstances. Any travel insurance deemed necessary by the finalist will be her own responsibility. The finalist who wins the National Final must be prepared to travel to the USA to participate in the World Final. The promoter will supply economy class return airfares and accommodation for the duration of the World Finals week. However, the winner is responsible for organising her passport, visas (if applicable) and any travel insurance she deems appropriate. Each entrant is required to complete and sign this entry form, which constitutes acceptance of all rules and conditions.

In consideration of my selection as a contestant in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Model Search and the receipt of lodging and all courtesies associated therewith, I agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Model Search as outlined above and which I have read and understood.
