Growing up in upstate New York in a family that was incredibly healthy and with parents that are very
successful in life I have gained characteristics that can only be modeled not taught. Integrity, loyalty,
honor and respect are things that I have attained in life and continue to strive for. I am 34 years old, have
been married for eleven years to an amazing women and have two beautiful children, Hannah (6) and
Ryan (18 months). Rebecca and I have been in ministry for over twelve years and have served in both
urban and suburban contexts.

With over twelve years in ministry, ten of those at the same church I wish to attain a position with a
dynamic creative church. I am passionate about providing and developing exceptional leadership,
building strong teams, creative communication and engaging practical teaching. I am a visionary and a
