It one of those companies who are leading in the world and performing in the success of the energy and its own growth. It has expanded its business more than one hundred countries. And gaining profit from every where it deals mostly in oils and chemicals. And its products are used in more energies development areas like electricity and other mechanical firms. Shell has a great example of team work and building relations with customers. And it has done a great work on for its development. It is also good for checking of advisory project, planning and implementation of work. In this shell organization shows that teamwork can lead the firm to the success and achieving the objectives. And it is able to compete in the current market and growing every year. And by following Shell we came to know how to work in a team that takes the company to the success. And we also study the processes that an organization adopts to face the challenges. We can do all this by making a research on its environment in which Shell operates. 1.2 The aim, scope and objectives of the project.

It uses the new technologies and perform task in teams to face the new energy challenges. So it has needed to hire the experienced and skilled worker to accomplishment of its objectives. Then it will be more strong and powerful as compare to its competitor. And will get more success as compare to them. Shall produces products for the benefits of its employees and by recognizing their needs. Shall never compromise with the quality and always produce the quality goods for its customers. And it always captures and targets the market and then promotes its products. And this task is done by it through social media.

1.3 Justifying the scope, aim and objective. When a firm tries to meet the challenges the world faces the three very hard truths. The first is that the demand of the global energy is changed with increasing technology every year. And these year China and India are emerging countries and growing very quickly. The second is a decline in the oil in the world but this problem can be solved very easily by oil sands. The third is the increasing the waste and burning of fossils like coal for power generation and it causes the high carbon dioxide and other gases which are healthy for the humidity are being destroyed due use of oils and climate is warming every year Meeting the energy challenge Shell did not relay only old approaches it uses the advance technologies for the betterment of the environment and these are good for the humanity and it is increasing its production through legal and lawful ways.
