III - GENERAL CONDITIONS

Article 2 - ELIGIBILITY
2.1 - The Speed Test races that counts for the Lebanese Speed Test Championship are per the
following:
- The 1st Speed Test, on March 8th, 2009 .
- The 2nd Speed Test, on May 24th, 2009.
- The 3rd Speed Test, on August 2nd, 2009.
To Remove:
- 1 Foreign Speed Test – (The Best Result).

Article 3 - ELIGIBLE VEHICLES ( FOR NATIONAL COMPETITORS)

Article 3.1.K which reads: " Racing or rally type tires are NOT allowed. Only normal
production “E” or “DOT” homologated tires are accepted, i.e. tires that can be purchased on
the market place."
Should be replaced by: "Tires are free. Heating of tires by any means is not permitted"

Article 3.2 the sentence reading: " EXCEPT FOR TIRES: Racing or rally type tires are not
allowed. Only normal production “E” or “DOT” homologated tires that can be purchased on the
market place are accepted”.
Should be replaced by: "Tires are free. Heating of tires is not permitted."

Art. 12 TRACK BEHAVIOUR, FLAG SIGNALS
12.3 – The chequered Flag will not be applicable for this race at the end of the Heat
( Finish Line)

The race will take place on May 24th, 2009 in “Wardeh parking – Oyoun Es
Simane” - Kfardebian.

IV - OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS

Article 10 – Participants’ duties

To add:
10.6: The space on each rear wing of the vehicle (30 x20 cm) will be used for the
“GILLETTE FUSION ” insignia.

N.B: The driver with the least time achieved in one of two heats will be declared winner.
