WELDING IN THE WORLD

Vol. 54, N 1/2 January/February 2010

In this issue, several papers examine two different categories of high-performance steels and in which their respective applications are explored. Also featured is the rst segment of a two-part technical paper which introduces an innovative fume extraction system for the improved health and safety of welders. The second part, in which Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling will be the principal focus, will be published in the next issue of Welding in the World, along with another paper examining the design and optimization of a novel device using CFD and uid simulation.
