    1. Acompletesitesurveyingtoknowthesitefacilities,trafficfor easymovingaroundthesite. 2. AfocusedsurveyingontheRawMillarea(placeofwork)to knowtheaccesspointsandladdersfortheDedustingCyclones. 3. Requiredliftingequipmentswithasuitablecapacitysuchas cranes,forklifts,chainblocks.etc.tobeavailableinsitetwo daysbeforestartingworkandshouldbeprovidedforallperiod ofworkwithoutanyadditionalcharge. 4. Requiredscaffoldingmaterialtobepreparedandreadyatthe workplaceonedaybeforestartingwork. 5. Providetherequiredhandtoolsandequipments(welding machines,oxygenacetylenecylindersetc)inadditiontothe consumableslikegrindingdisks,weldingelectrodesetc). 6. Providethesafetytoolsequipmentsneededaccordingto NLSupervisionsafetypolicy.

    7. Providethesuitableskilledwelltrainedmanpowerwithworking licenseaccordingtoEgyptslaw,tocover2shiftsperday(12 hrs/each),forallperiodofwork.(Underageworkerswillbe rejected). 8. Providetheaccommodation,transportationsandmealsforhis staff. 9. Providetherequiredinsurancesforhisstaff. 10.Contractormustprovideacompletejobplan[MSProject]witha deadline,criticalpathandtimeperiodsforthewholejobandfor eachprojectoperationwiththemanpowerdescriptionand numbersonit. 11.Thecontractorisobligatedtodothehousekeepingforthework areaafterfinishingthejobincludingtransportinganyscrapesto determinedareaifany. 12. FollowuperectioninstructionsanddrawingsofFLSmidthwhich willbeprovidedbyNLSoneweekbeforestartingthejob. 13.TheContractorisobligatedtogetacquaintedwiththecondition onsitebeforesigningthecontract.

    NLSupervisionObligations:
    1. Providethecontractorwithallthenewparts(newCyclones, expansionjoints,bolts,etc.). 2. Provideallpowerandsafelightsources. 3. Providethecontractorwiththerequireddrawingsandmanuals oneweekbeforestartingwork. 4. ProvidethecontractorwithNLSupervisionsafetypolicyand safetytrainingforthewholeworkgroup.
