3G Access Protocol Analyzer

Centralized RNC Monitoring At Your Fingertips
Ever wished you could trace any mobile subscriber activity through the 3G-access network? With NexusINSIGHT you can! NexusINSIGHT is a central protocol analyzer with distributed passive probes that are continuously monitoring network access for testing of all fixed interfaces of mobile radio networks (GSM, GPRS, UMTS (HSDPA), CDMA), access networks (V5, ISDN) and SS#7 networks. This allows cross-technology call trace analysis, which is indispensable to quality of service maintenance in convergent networks. From a centralized location, NexusINSIGHT offers sophisticated and comprehensive RNC monitoring and analysis capabilities on user-selected links with no scheduling necessary. NexusINSIGHT continuously monitors and depicts full Call Trace and protocol details, offering a very cost-effective means to secure the highest quality of service for your most important subscribers. Key Benefits
::: Centralized protocol analysis of 3G access activities ::: Full call trace analysis (online and historic) ::: Detailed call flow visualization (ladder diagrams) ::: Payload analysis (audio and video streams) ::: Wide range of supported protocol decodes ::: Instant correlation of message flows over different types of interfaces and technologies

::: Simple, easy to use and attractive GUI features ::: Quick and simple installation through auto-configuration of links and interfaces

::: Cost-effective solution to maintain quality of service in UMTS (incl. HSDPA), GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA, CDMA2000, NGN and other mobile and fixed networks

We work to improve your network

NexusINSIGHT - Instant Analysis of 3G Access Activities

Ready Before You Are NexusINSIGHT can be deployed permanently as a multi-user centralized system, continuously providing network-wide comprehensive protocol analysis functions 24x7. When the need suddenly arises to investigate specific 3G subscriber activities, NexusINSIGHT is ready, offering real-time as well as historic traffic and protocol data, including Iub/Gb deciphering. It is therefore no longer necessary to schedule and activate test and monitoring scenarios in hope of the problem recurring! Alternatively, NexusINSIGHT can be used as a portable solution, benefiting and tailored to:

Integration test labs Professional service teams Engineering, planning, operation and maintenance teams of operators Call Trace Real-time / Historical With just one mouse click, NexusINSIGHT generates ladder diagrams, providing excellent multi-technology Call Trace analysis and Call Flow visualization functionality.

Fast and Precise RNC Trouble Shooting In response to a problem report, NexusINSIGHT immediately provides current as well as historic network protocol data that corresponds to the time the problem occurred.

Call Trace Graphical View - recorded on Iub, Iu and Iur Graphical View - radio parameters of conversation over a mobile station

Payload Analysis Drill-Down from Network to Local Level Even across different types of interfaces and technologies, NexusINSIGHT allows instant correlation of message flows over multiple links! Watch calls progress through your network and spot the cause of a problem in an instant. Where simultaneous testing is required in GSM, GPRS, UMTS, SS7 and converged networks, NexusINSIGHT can accommodate all analysis needs. Auto-Configuration Wizard The NexusINSIGHT initial setup wizard detects and configures all installed cards and interfaces automatically, including signaling channels on Abis interface cards.
Viewing Loads - different interfaces (milli-Erlang or kbit/s)

As well as analyzing the protocol details of subscribers activities, NexusINSIGHT is also able to store and replay audio and/or video payload. These audio or video data streams can be replayed in order to (subjectively) analyze the quality of the communication.
