AGENCY AGREEMENT

1.0 The Artist appoints the Agency to be the Artists Sole agent and representative for all
work which the Artist may obtain as a performer in any medium of the arts and beyond.
Please sign and date both copies of this agreement, and return one copy to us, keeping the
other one for your records.
1.1 The Artist agrees not to engage any other agency in any connection to work without
the express written agreement/oral consent of the Agency or until the termination of this
agreement.

1.2 We hold the exclusive right to negotiate all matters on your behalf, therefore you will
not be entitled to do so yourself or engage anyone else to do so for you.
1.3 The appointment of the agency by the Artist shall come into effect immediately and
shall continue for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of this agreement,
renewable every 12 months thereof.
1.4 If either party wishes to terminate this agreement, (3) three months written notice
will be required, during which time the agency will continue to act as sole agent for the
Artist.
1.5 The Agency is obliged to obtain the Artists express consent before entering into any
binding commitment on behalf of the Artist.
1.6 The Agency will endeavour to promote and advance the career and interests of the
artists.
1.7 The Agency will negotiate fees for all engagements and employment of the Artist,
whether or not the agency was instrumental in obtaining the engagement, employment or
contract.
1.8 Subject to the Artists express consent, the Agency will negotiate all terms of contracts
on behalf of the Artist, provided that the Artist signs all such contracts personally.
1.9 The Agency will endeavour to ensure that all monies are collected which are due to
the Artist, in respect of employment or contracts to which this agreement applies, whether
or not the Agency negotiated the terms of employment or the provisions of the contract.
2.0 Within 30 working days of receipt of any monies due to the Artist, the Agency shall
pay such monies to the Artist without any deductions other than the commission due to the
Agency, and any outstanding advances loaned from the Agency to the Artist.
2.1

The Artist will refer all enquiries and approaches of work to the Agency.

2.2 The Artist will use his/her best endeavour to keep the Agency informed at all times as

 A) The Artists current address, telephone/mobile/pager number

B)When the Artist is not contactable by phone
C)When the Artist will not be available to undertake engagements or employments,
unless the reason is an engagement or employment which the Agency has
arranged.
2.2 a) This exception does not apply to extensions of such engagements or employments
of which the Agency may not be aware.
2.3 The Artist is obliged to carry out to the best of his/her ability all contracts and
engagements and duties of all employments to which this agreement applies.
2.4 The Agency shall be entitled to commission at the rate of 20% for all contracts
provided that:
A)Commission shall not be payable unless and until payment is actually received
by the Agency
B) Commission is payable in respect of earnings from work, for which the Artist
entered into a contract negotiated by the Agency, even if the work was actually
done following termination of this agreement
2.5 The Artiste shall pay the amount of 150 GHS for the cost of a professional photo-shoot
which will then be used as their portfolio to attain gainful employment for them.
2.6 The Artiste must pay the amount of 150 GHS for their photography fee before they
can officially join the Talent management, unless an exceptional arrangement has been
made between management team and artiste.
2.7 The Artiste will have the amount of 150 GHS for the Photography fee deducted from
their first wage of work, should they be in a position to be working before paying for the
photo-shoot.
2.8 You the artiste shall make yourself available at all times that you are needed for a
shoot, an audition, and any other work involving securing gainful employment for you.

2.9 The Artiste shall attend rehearsals to hone their acting and performance ability and to
also work on upcoming auditions or secured work. These rehearsals shall be scheduled by
the Management team and are compulsory.
3.0 Any lateness to rehearsals with the Talent Management shall not be more than 15
minutes.
3.1 The artiste is advised to be 20 minutes EARLY for all auditions and actual shoot days
with clients to avoid any situations. Clients are at their own discretion to discipline the
artiste in regards to a result of lateness.
3.2 The Talent Management has the right to terminate the contract due to any act of
indiscipline, misconduct, or incompetence on the part of the artiste.
3.3 Upon termination of this agreement, the Artiste shall return to the management all
scripts, documents or any material in his/her possession obtained from the Talent
management within the duration of representation.
PENALTY FOR ABSENCE WITHOUT PERMISSION
3.4 Failure for the artiste to rehearse and internalise his/her lines ready for a strong
performance in an audition scenario or for an actual shoot date or rehearsals at the talent
management may be regarded as poor performance which could result in termination of
contract or imposition of fine if managements resources and money have been used due to
the prolonging of work due to incompetence from the artistes part.
Artiste should know that disqualification from participating in any work as a result of
misconduct and indiscipline shall mean termination of this contract as well as requested to
pay a penalty under paragraph above.
3.5 Where the Artiste walks away in total breach of contract, the artiste shall pay to the
Talent Management as damages and costs the sum of 5,000 GHS.
COPYRIGHT
3.6 The ownership and copyright of any photography, video, audio and any other artistic,
creative document, remains the property of the Management and thus vests soley in them.

3.7 Both parties warrant to each other that they are free to enter into this agreement
and that it does not infringe any other agreement by which either of them is bound. Any
statement or undertaking by either party which is not contained in this agreement shall
not be binding.

3.8 I hereby declare that I have not been involved in nor been arrested for any activities
that are or could be considered criminal as per
the laws of any Region, State, Sovereignty, Territory or Country. I also declare that I have
not been prosecuted, nor found guilty for
any criminal activities anywhere on the planet prior to my participation in the above
mentioned campaign. I understand that by signing
this form I have openly declared that I am not considered a criminal by any Region, State,
Sovereignty, Territory or Country and I
am not withholding any information or record that states otherwise. I agree that should any
records surface after my participation in
the above named campaign that legally state my participation in any criminal activities that
occurred prior that legal action will be

law for the full exploitation of the above-
