MEMORANDUM No. 007-1314

August 14, 2013

To: Xavier University Student Community Re: Temporary Leave of Absence for the 8 Aboitiz Future Leaders Business Summit
th

On the 15 to 18 of August 2013, together with Ms. Pauline Montellano (CSG DEAN Secretary), I will be th on leave as one of the delegates of Xavier University to the 8 Aboitiz Future Leaders Business Summit which will be held at the Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Cebu. The Summit talks about leadership and management concepts and shows how these are concretized in a corporate environment, providing opportunities for the student delegates to interact, network, and establish ties with CEOs, executives, team leaders, and team members of the Aboitiz Group, as well as with their fellow delegates. Through plenary discussions, teambuilding exercises, and team challenges, the Summit also aims to bring out the best from the student delegates, inspire them to develop a renewed hope in the country, and encourage them to strive for excellence in all things. As I join the other student leaders from our university and from the other parts of our country, it is my hope to gain insights and be able to reflect on my leadership for the betterment of the student government in Xavier University. In my absence, Mr. Alton Melvar M. Dapanas, Chief of Staff of the CSG Office of the Vice President, will act as the officer-in-charge on matters affecting my role as the Executive Vice President in our student government. Should you have concerns or queries, you can contact Mr. Dapanas at 09166232400. For th legislative concerns (20 Directorate), you can address it to the Legislative Secretary, Mr. Keanu Henri S. Yu. You can reach him at 09177170984.
